This Month In Review

This month only has a week to go.  This month has been progressive but to what end I’m not sure.  This month I have just been me, and I have been out of the house more, on the computer less.

Big moments of this month, shall we start with the most recent, Lyssa and I celebrating one year?

Another biggie, my musical career has been halted temporarily due to ‘Nu Town Studios’ being money hungry.

Another milestone of this month, Jewell finally told me her feelings; distance along with changes have been fabricated.

Other little points, my stance on money has been understood, as I’m spending money wisely, on clothes, on paying my bills and on studio time for my CD.

Ali’s Celica broke its differential, I’ve bought a couple of CDs, and I met Kylie Minogue.

Relationship Problems With Lyssa

There is a point I have to make before I start with my normal routine.  Thinking upon my relationship with Lyssa, I’ve realized a downturn.  As Lyssa tells me instead of me asking for favors off Lyssa (for example the big issue we had regarding oral sex), when she feels the desire, she will satisfy me.  On the same note, when Lyssa asks me to do her favors (meeting her in the City for example), I would feel pressured and obligated, even though it would stress me.  Knowing Lyssa would be concerned if I didn’t feel like attending, I run along.  The same principle applies for the both of us.  Lyssa should wait for me to suggest meeting with her.  Either way, this stresses a problem with being open.

My beliefs are that as time passed, Lyssa and I began floating apart.  Sure there was a time of building up and a peak in our relationship, but then our downhill momentum crept up.  Being so gradual in its decent, both of us were quite unaware.

Time passing by, Lyssa ceased pleasuring me in some ways.  That would be confronted by my anger because I wouldn’t understand and we would get more distant from there.  This also applies in Lyssa’s case where I don’t feel like traveling to the City anymore just to escort her home.

Other factors of our descent, we have refrained from planning trips out, going out to functions together, talking on the phone for an eternity, sexual diversity, sharing, and time together.  Although this month has seen Lyssa and I discuss my feelings towards her and she has received a shock, our feelings towards each other have been following the same virtual line.

Only recently have Lyssa’s feelings been evident, how much she tries to hide them.  They just hurt her inside.  In reality, if these feelings keep falling below the line then Lyssa and I will stop doing the things we have been used to since the early days of our time.

Some day, when I turn in bed, my arm will not embrace Lyssa, nor when I open my eyes will she be lying next to me, so I can glance at her face and smile at the peaceful sight.  Let’s now talk about the day.  No more depression.

Plan To Shop With Penelope

Waking up at 11am, this was fairly early for my regular day.  Knowing that I had to buy clothes today and probably spend part of the day with Penelope, I had a shower and then something to eat.  When that was done I called Penelope’s mobile phone but it wasn’t on.  Waiting half an hour I called again because I didn’t want to call her house, but I ended up calling anyway.

Penelope just got home from handing in her form.  Talking on the phone, I asked if she would like to accompany me to Macarthur Square.  Penelope wanted to help me shop, so she told me she would be over in half an hour.

Within that time I listened to my new CD one more time entitled “Johnny Gill – Lets get the mood right” before sending it back.  The CD although good didn’t have the right song I needed so I was sending it back.

Penelope showed up at my house.  Recording one of the songs on my computer I quickly finished up and then headed for the car.  Greeting Penelope with “Hey Babe” (Lyssa and I always say that to each other jokingly and its real pronunciation is “Ha bub”) as a joke.

That brings me to some more word association.  Saying “Wanna Red Kebab” fast and with a slur would sound just like saying “What-a-ya reckon babe”.  That’s a little joke Lyssa and I share.

After our greetings and small talk in the car we headed for Macarthur Square.  Parking the car was no real problem.  There was ample parking space.  Penelope had to take her belt off to park the car.  She feels more mobile that way.  Securing the car, I grabbed my CD.  Then we headed for the compound.

Macarthur Square Retail Shopping

Visiting Sanity I had no hassle exchanging my CD for a new one called “7 Miles” and didn’t even have to show my docket.

7 Mile Album Cover

Handing the docket to Penelope, she was going to use it to swap her “Silk” CD because it was scratched.  “Silk” was the same price as the docket price so she should have no problem because there are no descriptions of what I’d bought, only numbers and a date.

Trying On New Clothes

After our little epic, we headed for some clothes shops and viewed a couple of garments.  Walking into another men’s clothing store, I finally found some good pants and tried them on.  There was a gap in the changing room door (where the door closes and there was no real latch).  Luckily, Penelope or anyone else never came past because if they really looked they would have seen my bare butt in the mirror behind me and if they were real lucky, my body part.  Feeling exposed even though I wasn’t, I hid my bare essentials under my outstretched shirt.

The first black pants that I tried were too tight.  So trying the next size up I put a belt on and then walked out to show Penelope.  Penelope thought they looked real good on me, so I tried a larger size.  Once they were on I showed Penelope, but they were too large.  Contemplating my options, I decided to buy the pants for $40.

The bumbling attendant informed me that if I bought another pair they would only cost $25.  With this in mind I tried on a pair of jeans.  Showing them to Penelope, she thought they were great on me.  Determined to buy the second pair of pants I received a free belt with my selection.  Then leaving the store we headed to buy some food.

Clothes Shopping For Penelope

Not knowing what we wanted, we looked around the various food outlets.  Penelope walked in one direction, I walked in another.  Tthen purchasing our lunches I picked a table.  We sat down to engage conversation and eat.  As I expected, Penelope and I got along well, talking about many different topics.

With a new energy, we hopped up and charged at shops, clothes shopping now also for Penelope.  Walking into a rugged store, I noticed some rollers (shoes), that were blue.  I wouldn’t mind wearing them.  Finding they were women’s shoes, I wasn’t discouraged knowing that if you had a couple of sizes bigger, they would evidently be men’s shoes.  Penelope was eyeing some men’s shoes for herself, so I wasn’t crazy in asking for a pair to try on.  Fond of the shoes, I was disappointed when finding they didn’t make a size for my size foot.

Taking Penelope Into Wild Things

Leaving the rugged store we started shopping around for Penelope.  Approaching some regular women’s clothes stores, we were just window shopping, looking at garments.

I pointing at a store called “Wild Things”

“I shop at that store,” jokingly I told Penelope.

Penelope asked, “Do you shop there for Lyssa?”

I remarked “No, for myself.”

Interpreting the joke, she walked towards the store, curious to see Penelope wanted to look around.  This store was more of the out there and glamorous sort of store.

Pointing out a leopard skin coat, I playfully asked Penelope to try it on.  Not perceiving she would take me seriously, I was perplexed when she wanted to try it on.  Spending a minute in the changing room, she came out to show it to me.  With the casual clothes she had on, the elegance of the leopard skin clashed with the grace within it.  The leopard coat didn’t really justify itself anyway.  It was tacky.

Amused, Penelope took the jacket off and then eyed a denim skirt she thought would look good on her.  Picking out a shirt to go with it, we sent her back to the changing room.  In that time I viewed the store and found some other items for Penelope to try.  Jumping out of the changing room she displayed her new robes to me.

Penelope strikes me as an unashamed, outspoken and open person.  Walking out of the changing rooms she expressed her legs weren’t shaved for a while so not to look at them.  But, even though she wasn’t at her potential, she wasn’t really dismayed to show her legs.

Thinking the skirt was loose, Penelope noted that the zip on the back of it wasn’t going up past a point.  Asking for my help, I placed my hand on the zipper on the back of her skirt trying to render the problem.  Seeing this could be a sensual act to other people, it was really just a zipper with which I didn’t have much luck either.  Penelope then changed once more and came back out orderly.

Seeing Sherry Walk Into Wild Things

When Penelope and I had finished shopping at ‘Wild Thing’ and were walking out, I glanced behind me to notice who I thought was Sherry.  Sherry, the girl I used to have a small fancy for back in the day, I went to her backyard party and Rory got onto her a couple of times.  I think Palmer did too.  From what I know she went out with Noah.

Yep, not noticing the first time while Penelope was talking to me, I paused after a couple of steps, realizing that my curious stares were also met by hers.  Looking back again, I noticed her walking into ‘Wild Things’ with one of her friends and still looking at me.  I gave her a wave.  She gave me one back.

It would have been good to have a talk to Sherry.  Penelope wouldn’t have cared but I didn’t think it was that vital.  Sherry (If it really was her), looked fairly different in the face.  I think she dyed her hair red or something.

Making Further Plans With Penelope

Buying me some socks (which were so small when I tried them on that they look like little kids socks), Penelope bought a donut for herself and Ali.  At 4:30pm it was time to head home.

Penelope told me about the ‘Bonds’ factory at Leumeah and how they have white singlets for $4 each.  Penelope told me if I liked, she would take me there tomorrow.  Also, Penelope is buying some clothes with her pay tomorrow.  I told her if she liked, she could use my assistance and second opinion.

With that we started the car and then headed for my house.  Penelope was driving home to receive a call from Ali.  Taking my things and thanking Penelope, I headed inside.

Lyssa Disappears For Hours

Greeting my parents I asked if a phone call was received.  There were none.  Calling Lyssa straight after that I was surprised to find that no one was home.  Half an hour later I called once more and again no one was home.  Thinking that Lyssa’s College might have kept her for an extra hour, I viewed some television.

Examining the time I called Lyssa again at 5:30pm and from previous experiences with call waiting I found Kuper was on the phone.  Knowing that someone was home now I tried calling back in twenty minutes but he was still on the phone.

Now getting worried for Lyssa I called her College in hopes of finding out if she attended.  The pricks didn’t give me the information, so I was still curious.

Lyssa called me at 6pm.  In a tormented tone, she explained she was locked out of her house for the past hour and a half because the deadlock was on her house and she couldn’t get in.  Distressed, she talked to me in a depressed state as I tried to shake her out of it.  After a couple of minutes talking, I let Lyssa have something to eat.  She would call me back.

Lyssa In A Sullen Mood

Working on my computer and listening to music Lyssa called me back some time later.  Lyssa was a bit more relaxed now but still sullen.  Lyssa was sincere tonight when she told me it’s been a while since I’ve been off work now.  Part of the reason I haven’t found myself in line for a job yet is because of my prominent visions of the future, my musical career, and my level of content sleeping in and being able to be creative.

Lyssa took this opportunity to ask if I would meet her in the City tomorrow.  Feeding on my sympathy, I said I would try, depending on if Penelope wanted to shop with me or not.  Later in the night my mood changed somewhat.  It was now, I’ll most definitely be there but don’t be expectant.  Thinking about it now, I know I will probably meet Lyssa in the City and do some shopping like she wants to.

Lyssa and I talked about my day, her day, how she was stuck out practically in a blizzard and about tomorrow.  Relieving myself in the toilet downstairs, I realized the amount of power the hypothermic breeze would have been playing on Lyssa.  Trees were swaying uncontrollably, and winds were so great I thought the bathroom window was just about to shatter.

Being real tired, Lyssa was on the verge of sleep.  She left at 8:30pm making sure I was visiting her tomorrow.

For the rest of the night I viewed television and mucked around with Ali’s car photo on my computer.

A Small Exercise Session

Now having written six pages of text in two hours, I wonder how much words per minute that is?  Take into account I visited the toilet a couple of times, and done some sit-ups.  Speaking of sit-ups, it’s been a couple of days since my last session but here I am back again.
