Getting Deeper With Jewell – Mad Chaos: March 11, 1998

Well, I’ve missed out on a day of typing but I was so tired last night I had to drift off without sleep.  Thus is the story and they have been some pretty memorable days these last two.

Waking up on Tuesday, Lyssa called me from work.  We talked of how she had started typing for the first time.  Lyssa was so happy with her efforts that she saved herself a copy of her work to show to me.  Lyssa and I were to meet at Campbelltown station after she finished work.  So I had a shower and something to eat.  I played the computer for a couple of hours.

Before leaving I worked out again at home for half an hour.  Then I put my hair back, gelled it down and then walked out with my tracksuit pants and white shirt.  It was time to leave to see Lyssa after work.

Job Search In CES

Reaching Campbelltown, the first stop was the CES with only a couple of minutes to spare before it closed.  The information on the touch screens had changed but I printed out three positions.  Walking towards reception I applied for only two positions.  One position was a Traineeship in Campbelltown.  The other was in the City for today.  The job advertised in the City, I had to be prescreened by the CES before being sent to the job.

Visit The Optometrist

The CES had now closed, as I was escorted out.  I thought I would visit the Optometrist in Campbelltown Mall.  Information was sought for colored contact lenses.  I booked myself to be looked at on Saturday where Lyssa can also come down.

Sydney Fried Chicken Dinner With Lyssa

Walking to Campbelltown station an hour early I sat on the seats at platform three and waited.  An hour later, after viewing trains come and go, watching hordes of people jump off and run for home, Lyssa came off.  I gave her a hug and kissed her.  Then we decided to have dinner at Sydney Fried Chicken.

Taking my pennies out of the bank we bought our regular chips and a drink.  There we sat, chatting for half an hour, as we enjoyed our food.  Jewell came up in topic from Lyssa’s mouth.  Lyssa had queried if I had called Jewell since the last.  I told her I haven’t.  Lyssa then told me it’s been a while since I’ve talked with her.  That made it easier for me to announce that I might give Jewell a call soon.  Working out that I might give Jewell a call on that night (Tuesday night), I could sense some resentment in Lyssa’s voice.

Finishing our food we headed to Campbelltown station where we sat waiting for Lyssa’s bus.  Sitting away from everyone, Lyssa and I started mucking around with each other.  She would sit on my lap.  Then we’d kiss and run around like fools.  It was fun.  When her bus came I took her in my arms and gave her a kiss.

Jumping on the bus, we kept waving to each other and smiling until Lyssa was gone from my sight.  It was humorous.  My bus then came.

As I jumped on the bus I thought about the conversation that I would have with Jewell.

Lyssa Gives Blessing To Call Jewell

Back at home I gave Lyssa a call first.  We talked for half an hour about how I was visiting the City with her.  We also talked of my job efforts and how they have been miserable.  Lyssa had to pack and get ready for the next day, so she told me that if I wanted to, I could call Jewell for an hour until she called back.

In my head I knew Lyssa wanted to try and call me just under an hour so she could bust me talking to Jewell still, and possibly an argument would start.  Already a step ahead of that, I thought I wouldn’t talk to Jewell that long anyway and hang up a couple of minutes earlier.

Going to the toilet I then decided to call Jewell with some thoughts in my head of what we would talk about.  Jewell almost always answers the phone when I call.  Her soft sultry voice was welcome enough.  We started talking about her school and a particular person that she was scared of there.  Our conversation broadened its horizons.  We talked on a diverse range of topics spanning from the job I was traveling to tomorrow to Jenny McCarthy on my wall.

Our first conversation was basically small talk, as we also talked about Zola and Kofi, how he now has a new blonde girlfriend and how he is supposed to be a wreck after Zola.  Then we talked about his counterpart Zola and how she is always at nightclubs and making heaps of friends and attracting lots of males.  Simba was having her birthday yesterday but is celebrating her 18th on Saturday.

I always knew when Jewell’s birthday was but I was surprised to realize that it was in three weeks and that I should probably buy her a card and send it to her.  So far, there was no talk or conspiracy that I was sending Jewell another CD soon.

Lyssa called halfway through the conversation to tell me she was leaving for Velda’s house with Penelope and she would call me back around 10pm.  Jewell and I talked 15 minutes before that.  My reason for leaving was that I had to eat but I would call her back later if it wasn’t too late for her.

Recording Audio Of Our Phone Call

When Lyssa came back home and gave me a call she was real tired.  Once again talking about the next day we soon said our goodnights.  Twenty or so minutes later I gave Jewell a call back, first on her mobile phone so as to see if she was still available.  Having my microphone hooked up to my computer and my computer hooked up to the stereo I recorded some of our conversation, which she knew I was recording.  Then while we were talking I played it back to her.

Jewell was shocked and froze for a second.  She couldn’t believe I had done that and sounded so serious to tell me to get rid of it.  I assured her that I would but of course I didn’t.  This is the only vivid memory I could have of Jewell and I wanted to keep it, but I was a fool to accidentally play it to her.

As soon as we were over that episode Jewell and I started to relax.  I lay down on my warm waterbed.  We talked of our relationship of old days.  Then Jewell read out her star sign and realized what she thought, that Tuesday was a significant date in the CD that I last sent her.  Jewell thought Tuesday was March 11th and that date last year was the day that Jewell and I lay on my warm bed and went further than we possibly did in our whole relationship together.

That day a year ago Jewell thought we had taken it too far, as my hands wandered all over her body and she didn’t stop until I was at the length of her legs.  I realized that day, Jewell wasn’t touching me with her hands at all.  Her hands were spaced out.  Jewell laughed and told me it was all leading towards inexperience.

Reminisce About Our Sexual Escapades

Jewell has the best vocabulary I’ve ever heard on a woman.  It astounds me to think I’ve been out with her.  She’s so young but her imagination is so brave and broad in its spectrum.  It’s astonishing.

Realizing that March 11th was the day Jewell and I lay on my bed and done what we had done, we thought we should talk about it, reminisce, go back in time.  Jewell and I weren’t afraid to talk freely to each other about sexuality.  That took me back.  I always thought sexuality would scare her off when in fact, these days she freely talks about a diverse range of subjects.

Jewell took Lyssa in consideration also and asked me if Lyssa knew I was calling.  I explained that Lyssa knew I was calling, eons ago.  I never told Lyssa and when she would find out she would get angry, and I can’t blame her.  From then on I thought it would be right to our relationship that I told her what I do.  I would tell Lyssa what our conversations consisted of but only the parts she would want to know, our normal conversations, so I don’t lie.

Jewell then put herself in Lyssa’s shoes and told me if that was happening to her she wouldn’t be happy with me.  I was amazed that Jewell would actually take Lyssa’s values into consideration.  She wasn’t self-centered.

Jewell Asks A Hypothetical

Jewell and I then theoretically talked on this subject.

If Jewell asked me back, what would my answer be?

Thinking, I told Jewell that I would not go to her because I believe the love I had with Lyssa could keep me.  When the right time came after Lyssa and I, then we would both be ready.

Now that I think about it, I’m not ready because I’m in love with Lyssa and Jewell still isn’t ready.  It’s not time.  We still need to find more out about togetherness.

We talked about the empty time in my life after Jewell and I ceased to exist.  We talked about the time that Phoenix came over my house with Tabitha and Jewell called me on my phone.  Once the telephone conversation was over I looked at Phoenix, thought about what is better for me in life and how Phoenix compares to Jewell, and then threw her out of my life as quickly as possible.

We talked about how Lyssa came to me and filled up the emptiness in my life and how that had brought Jewell and I closer together.  For, if Lyssa and I didn’t exist and if Jewell and I got back together without a real break, then things would have been completely different.  I wouldn’t have missed her as much and thought of her as dearly as I do.

Reminiscing On Our Past Relationship

We talked of the day Jewell and I visited Hyde Park just before the party that went bad for us and how there was a couple sitting opposite of our tree.  I kept telling Jewell to look at them but she wouldn’t.  I remember how we sat in a hollowed part of that huge fig tree.  We were just sitting there, not doing anything special, but that whole experience was so special to me it has lasted to this day.  As a chapter in our book, like a scene from a movie, it was happening but it doesn’t seem real when you think about it.

We talked of how wonderful a feeling it was when I visited Jewell at Skate Plus and like a swift bird, slowly and without noise or distraction of my mind, she glided towards me.  Hair flowing, eyes focused on me and hands outstretched, to come to a halt, with her arms around me and with both of us against the wall, I hugged her and gave her a kiss.  That was my most memorable moment.

Jewell told me how she loved my hugs and she thought they were the best.  Then I commented how I loved the night she came out of her house late at night to see me after I played a joke on her with my phone.  She came out looking beautiful.  With her hair wet it started to sprinkle with rain.  Looking at her from a distance, her looking straight back at me, caught in a glance with raindrops sprinkling down on the ground behind her and onto her body, her arms bare to the purity of the night and a beautiful smile on her face.  I just loved it and treasure that moment.

Talking About Her Art Project

Jewell and I talked about her work of art and how it is coming along.  We then talked about this time last year.  I was so sorry to feel as if I was pushing that night but she reassured me that she was enjoying herself and she didn’t stop it either.  She told me how the feeling of my hands all over her body and my tender touch felt good for her.  Now that she is older she is no longer frigid about encountering that situation.

We talked of how she called me back later that night and we talked about what had happened.  That’s part of the reason our relationship hit a wall and began to crumble, but never ceased to exist.

We talked of how I still have the picture of Jewell (the picture I picked for her from a magazine that I believe looks like her).  I talked of how I have carried the picture around in my wallet for the last year and how there isn’t a week that goes by (lately anyway) that I don’t look at the picture and reminisce of old times.

Jewell told me how she drew that picture on an A3 sheet of paper.  With her artistic flair, she kept it preserved and made it look more like her.  People at school would ask if that was herself that she was drawing.  She would tell the story of the picture and of me.

How many other things can I remember that Jewell and I talked about last night?  Too many, but I feel they should be kept within.

Jewell and I talked for three hours until 2am in the morning when our tiredness became unbearable.  Jewell was just about to drop.  As we said goodbye I dropped onto my pillow, overcome by the weaknesses of my body, thinking I had to get up in four hours.

Acquire Bus Ticket Coupons From CES

Waking up to my alarm today at 7am I thought there was no way possible for me to wake up, so I went back to sleep.

Waking up at 10am, I had a shower and got ready to catch the bus to Campbelltown to meet Lyssa for lunch.  Ringing up the employer I was supposed to see, I asked if we could rebook our date.  The new time was an efficient 2:30pm. With that, I caught my bus to Campbelltown.

Visiting Campbelltown CES I had my train tickets handed over to me.  Then I caught the express train to the City.

Lyssa Snappy During Lunch

Jumping off at St. James, I walked to meet Lyssa, as she was just coming out.  Giving Lyssa a kiss, she was acting dodgy.  I knew she was thinking of how I called Jewell the night before.  I wish I didn’t have to do what I’m doing now but I can’t help it and I’m sorry for whatever happens.  Lyssa was snappy at me for most of the day, but there were some tender moments also.

We bought Chicken Schnitzel sandwiches and headed for Hyde Park.  Sitting down in a shaded portion, we ate our food, talked to each other and dodged the birds that wanted to eat our food.  I told Lyssa how I rescheduled my day to have my interview later that day.  Then when we were finished eating, Lyssa sat on my lap, as we soaked the sun on such a beautiful day.

Lyssa and I talked about how this weekend I will probably be with Imad for his birthday and Lyssa will be out with Penelope.  Next week, our 9 months, Lyssa will be in Wollongong, but the week after that Lyssa and I will rent a room before her mum goes to America four weeks from now.

When Easter holidays come up, Lyssa’s brother will also be away for three days.  That means while I’m staying at Lyssa’s house we will have the whole house to ourselves.  That means lots of mischievous fun.  For four weeks the house will be ours and her brother’s, until Lyssa’s mum comes back in late May or June.

Pissed Off With CES Prescreen Interview

Walking Lyssa back to work I gave her a kiss and then headed for my prescreening.  This pissed me off badly as after 15 minutes of waiting I was approached by a woman that was to prescreen me for the position.  You could see she had no interest to send me through, as she commented on me not having a shirt and tie.  Then she called the employer and basically on her will made the position full so that no other applicants could try for the position.  Then she said sorry.

Pissed off as I was, I asked if there were any other positions.  When Brandon (another no-hope prick that works there) had no jobs for me, I smiled, thanked them, and said goodbye.  On the elevator, as the doors were closing I was so angry that I started punching the keypad loud enough for them to hear.

Music Soundtracks On The Internet

For the next couple of hours I visited HMV and listened to some of their music trying to pick the next album I would buy, to no avail.  I found out recently that the internet had boards I could ring that would let me listen to all the newest soundtracks at the comfort of my own house, kind of like a HMV on my home computer.  I tried to place further study into this and found it was true at Campbelltown Library, but it costs too much there.

Sitting in Hyde Park I called some libraries in Sydney to see if they had the capability on the internet, but all the places I called didn’t have a sound card.

Frustrated Picking Lyssa Up

It was time to pick Lyssa up now as I traveled to her work.  She was leaving to do mailing and I knew she still had a problem.  Delivering the mail, I asked her if she could go a block out of her way so I could visit the Library to ask for some information sheets for the internet.  She couldn’t do that because she was going shopping.  That made me angry for a short time to think she couldn’t take a minute out of her busy schedule to do something I wanted to and yet, she wanted me to tag along for an hour to watch her shop.

Helping her deliver the DX, she walked around looking for a building but couldn’t find it.  We both got angry at each other’s reactions.  Lyssa told me to visit the Library and she would meet me there, so I left.

Gather Information From Sydney Library

At the Library in Sydney it was no trouble to locate the office and get my information.  Walking out I sat down out the front to wait for Lyssa.  I made a couple of calls, as I had seen Lyssa step out from the Library.  She made it out as if she was waiting for ages.  I thought where I was waiting would have been the best place for her to be, that way neither of us would have been missed.

After that mishap we ended up going to St. James because Lyssa thought the shops would be closing soon and she shouldn’t bother.  That made me angry to think part of the reason she thought she was late was because she had to wait for me.

Having to wait half an hour for a train that wasn’t packed, the train before us, we tried to jump on but there was just no space anywhere.  Catching the train we did.  I jumped on and quickly found two seats for Lyssa and I.  Lyssa was real tired and stressed.  She read her book on the way home.  Putting my arm around her, we decided to have dinner at Lonestar for another week.  The train was full until we reached Campbelltown where almost everyone got off.

Lonestar Dinner With Lyssa

Lyssa walked to the bank to take some money out, gave me $25 for my suit and then we walked to Lonestar.  Sitting down, we were served by Haizley who was Vice Captain at Airds High School and I used to know her.  Lyssa was obsessed with her American accent.  I found out that she was down here from America and was going back after a year.

Lyssa and I ordered differently.  Even though we bought our Amarillo Cheese Fries, I bought sautéed mushrooms.  Drinking and eating away I was having the best time, as we relished upon the fact that we were going to have the house to ourselves in four week’s time and we can do whatever we want.

Lyssa then asked me to the City tomorrow so she doesn’t do late night shopping by herself.  I think I am there.  Having finished our food, Lyssa ordered dessert.  We ate that and then slumped over ourselves.  Lyssa was keen to start gym with me.  She really wants to get into it, the reason being, she wants to have the best body for me, which I thought was flattering.

Being Silly With Lyssa Laugh

I made Lyssa laugh as I did some dance moves on the seat and pretended I was pulling a rope that was attached to her and glided while seated towards her.  She thought it was so realistic that she spun out.  We both started laughing as she tried to smoothly slide over on the seat while having a seductive look on her face and pulling on an imaginary rope.

Stepping out of Lonestar we called Lyssa’s mum to pick us up and waited.  Out the front of another restaurant on Queen Street where we waited, there was a little bridge thing that was a couple of steps long and lead to a restaurant door but didn’t have a gaping hole or lake under it.  Lyssa stood on one side and I stood on the other.  Singing a seductive television commercial tune, we both played along.  Slowly she turned to face me with a surprised expression on her face.

Having fun, I walked up the first stair like James Bond, slowly and smoothly as she twirled up the first step.  She then paused as I leaned on a pole supporting the bridge and struck a pose.  She played along with the music.  Now up the steps and on the same walkway, we did a slow motion towards each other.  Then we hugged, as I gave her a kiss.

After all that we noticed how stupid we looked, as the people in the restaurant could see through the curtains and people were walking up the street.  We smooched for a bit, enjoyed each other’s company and then her mum came.  Lyssa’s mum was real angry to be picking her up, so I didn’t talk in the back seat as Lyssa kept looking back and smiling at me.

Ring Lyssa To Discuss Tomorrow

Back at home I thanked her mum for the lift.  I set the computer up for what I’m typing now but not before I called Lyssa.  Having woken Lyssa up I quickly talked to her of how I might be visiting the City late tomorrow after she finishes work to help her shop.

Dreaming Of My Goals

Right now I’m going to play some games on the computer and muck around with the multimedia.  I dream of the day I have the internet on my computer and a CD recorder so I can record my own songs.  I also dream of the day that I have a job and am earning money, buying my car, my modem, my internet, my CDs, and having the best time working.  That will come in due time when I gain confidence with my new suit and maybe new contact lenses.
