Visiting Mum in the Mental Hospital – Mad Chaos: April 27, 1997

What happened last night and day was a good thing, a very good thing for my life.  I almost have balance.

Car Hire Failure

Saturday I went out with Keith all around Campbelltown to do shit for him.  Shawn, Ralf, Jett, Lucas and I were to hire a car, but that plan failed for lack of bond money, which was $250 at the least.

Visiting Mom

Also on Saturday I went to see my mom in Waratah House.  She’s getting lonely in there, making her weird.  We talked for ten minutes.  Then I left.  I couldn’t stand it in there.  It didn’t feel right.

Browse In Macarthur Square

Keith and I went to Macarthur Square.  Jett was with us.  We looked at embroidery for my hat.  I didn’t see anything good enough there.

Phoenix And Tabitha Come Over

From there shit happened for the rest of the day until I got dropped off at 6pm.

That’s when I rang up Phoenix to come over my house.  The problem was that she had brought Tabitha.  Whenever they get together then it becomes trouble.

When they arrived I acted normal, nothing surprising.  When people called me I invited them over because Phoenix was pissing me off.  Imad came over first.  Then Jett came over.

Jewell Rings

While Phoenix and everyone else was at my house Kofi called me.  He told me that there was someone there that wanted to talk to me.  Jewell answered the phone.  But since I had someone else over I didn’t want to give it away to either party.

Whenever Jewell calls me up I get a good feeling, like we are meant to be together.  I feel strongly on that point and want her back.

Devise Dedications CD for Jewell

What I propose to do is (seeing we talked every day for 50 days and then broke it off) I’m going to send her a batch of letters on the 50th day after our break up.  I’m going to get a CD done up at Michael’s house of songs with meaning for every letter that I sent her, and for every precious day that meant something to us.  Every special day will have a special song for it playing in chronological order.

On the blanked CD  I’m going to have the feelings inscribed into it with the heading being our first letter “Words mean nothing without expression” and Sniper on the bottom of everything.

I’m going to have the words written out for every song on the computer in color and signed with my name.  This will take me right up until May 11th which is the 50th day of our departure.  That date is unfortunately a Sunday, and 2 weeks away.

In addition, at work I have to get a résumé done up.  This Friday Mace is going to print me these color pages I need.

Hang Out At Pizza Hut

We all headed down to Pizza Hut where we met up with everyone else.  At first I went for a drive with Simon, and on a run with Jett to see if he knew anything.  He didn’t know shit until later that night.  That comes later.

I got bored, so I climbed the building where Workout World is.  There was a huge balloon on the buildings.  Imad gave me his knife and I chopped off two of the cords to force it on its side and almost over.  It was hilarious.

There were a couple of cars tonight but at the end of the night there was only Keith’s car and Shawn’s.

Cops came down twice, forcing us to sit on the bus seats on Dumaresq street near Pizza Hut.

Shaming Phoenix

Phoenix and Tabitha knew by this time that they had to get a lift off someone.  Since I don’t have a car, she started to flirt with people.  Luckily for me, my friends are my good friends and respect me.

Keith suggested that we take off on them.  So we left in two cars.  They were crying.  Slack but true.  Don’t blame me fully.  I didn’t suggest it.

Taking off on them we started calling them names.

“Slut,” I mouthed at her.

“How can I be a slut when I never fucked you,” she yelled back.

“That’s why you’re a slut,” I shouted back.

She cried there at the bus stops.

I gave 20 cents to Ralf in the other car.  He threw it at them.  I also threw 20 cents at them.

“Call someone who cares,” I yelled out of the car window.

They come down with us and expect a lift off of us automatically.  It just isn’t good enough.

High-Tailing Phoenix

After some abuse from us, their mom picked them up.

Then Shawn decided to start his car and follow them.  We did too.

All the way to Camden we were blocking them off all the intersections, side swiping them, dropping them to 30Km/h on the highway and just plain fucking them up.  They seemed to find it amusing but not when they called me up today.

Keith dropped it, screeching the wheels at Tabitha’s street.  She got into big shit for that.

Upon leaving them we got into some more mischief with each other’s cars.  Grabbing Shawn’s aerial on his car, Keith took off quickly and I accidentally ripped it off.  The night ended soon after that.

Lucas stayed over my house because no one could take him home.

Simon Discovers The Secret

Simon drove to Norton’s house to give back the mags and get his money but Norton wasn’t there.  He found that the money was missing.  We didn’t cover up that good but it worked.  No one knows but the people that were involved.  That’s good privacy.

Tying Up Loose Ends

Today Phoenix called me at 9am while I was sleeping.  I got her to call me back at 1pm.

Keith came over.  She called right on the dot.  She had a good whinge.  I told her to call me back, and hung up on her.

We dropped Lucas off at his house.  He showed us around his house.

Keith and I planned for me to drive back from his house.  We stopped off to get petrol.

From there we stopped at my house.  We tried to call Phoenix, but they were all out.

Jett wanted me to go to Wollongong to watch the drags but I have to get up for work tomorrow.  I also thought of what I’m doing about Jewell and I.  Missing you.

Selecting Songs For Dedications CD

Stopping off at Dina’s house I helped her record on her new system.  Then I loaned “I Believe I can Fly” by R. Kelly and Keith Sweat’s new album.  Picking songs with meaning for Jewell’s CD will not be a problem for me.

While there Shawn and Ralf called me and came over.

Then Keith called me wanting to go to my house.

Shawn dropped me off.  They left to watch a movie.

Betting On Sound Systems

Keith, Tamsen and Min-Su came over.

“I reckon my system will kick your sound system’s ass,” Keith seemed to think.

“You’re full of shit.  I bet you two hundred dollars that my system will be better than yours.  We can measure the decibels on the sound level meter to see whose is better.  Shake on it,” I told him.

But Tamsen didn’t let us shake on it.

Lending him my decibel tester to Keith, he is going to test his system.  I bet that it won’t even reach 110 decibels before distortion.

Leaving on a good note now… Jewell and I.
