Gaming The Train Ticket System

Today I decided to awaken early to meet Lyssa in the City.  With some money that my parents had given me the night before I walked to Campbelltown station.

Not finding an open concession ticket machine at Campbelltown, I caught the next train to Leumeah.  Taking a quick glance I noticed there was no hope in Leumeah, so I jumped quickly back onto the train.

Jumping off at Minto I noticed that the ticket machines allowed concession, so I sat down taking my money out.  Slowly I crept up to the machine so I wouldn’t attract the ticket lady’s attention.  With my ticket firmly in my hand I jumped onto the train, also noticing there were some police on the other end.

Reaching Sydney at 1pm, I jumped off at Museum Station and walked the rest of the way to find Lyssa waiting out the front.  Sneaking up on her, I gave her a kiss.  Then we were on our way to lunch.

Lyssa or I didn’t have much money for lunch.  Instead we decided to walk up York Street in search for a place that would give Lyssa a concession card.  Half an hour later we found the office where Lyssa got her concession card.

From there we walked back towards Lyssa’s work, but not before we visited a place where Lyssa had modeling shots taken on the last day of last year.  Looking at a photo or two I found them to be good shots of her, except for one.

As we walked back to her work Lyssa gave me the poem that she had written for me the night before.  Giving her a kiss and borrowing her weekly train ticket, I traveled to Central where I jumped off in search of Eros Theatre.

Visit Eros Theatre Peep Shows

Not having enough money to visit the strip shows (which I’ve only been to once), I thought I would try the peep shows.  Walking up the windy stairs I was greeted by a lesbian looking fat girl that looked like a male.  Asking her some questions I found out they had private booths for movies and private booths for live strip shows in front of your face.  Seeing these things in movies, I was curious about the live strip shows and paid my $3 to view.

Helped into one of the small dark rooms, I quickly learnt that it got very hot in such a small boxed up room.  Out came a girl with space-age hair and not that good of a skinny body.  She danced for me, took off her top and then told me the rest would cost an extra $10.  Laughing at the fact that I would pay for that, I continued to watch the show and then walked out after that.

Now that I’ve experienced this kind of pleasure in my life I know that it’s not interesting enough to go back again, and it’s too costly.

Job Search In Sydney CES

Walking to the CES in Sydney I then looked for some positions.  I found one to be very interesting to me.  Being for an Audio Typist, it needed someone who could type at a speed of 80–90 wpm from a Dictaphone.  The lady on the phone told me that there were people with more experience than me but the employer might want to see me since I have worked with the computer packages.

From there I caught the train to St. James where I then visited the other CES for Traineeships.  Ross (one of the interviewers) was on reception.  I waited a couple of minutes to be interviewed by Brandon.  To my surprise, Brandon had a position ready for me to be interviewed tomorrow and wrote me up a referral.  The position is actually in the National Mutual building on Market Street and is on the 18th floor, way up there.  The position is a basic Office Administration Traineeship that doesn’t need much experience, for that I know I am in good reception for the position.

What surprised me also is that I had seen Finley Rodena’s name on the list to be interviewed an hour after me.  Finley Rodena used to go to school with me at Airds and is now going out with Percival (Terrence Beck’s best friend at school).

Finishing up with that interview I proceeded to walk to Lyssa’s work to meet with her.  Lyssa came out ten minutes later.  We started our walk to the DX office.

Securing A Job Interview

Finishing that, we walked to the station to catch the early train.  Lyssa and I found some seats to sit down on.  After a long day of walking, I was happy to be seated.  Lyssa and I were holding hands and talking all the way home.

On the train I was called on my phone regarding the Audio Typist position.  I have an interview tomorrow in the City exactly an hour after my first interview.  The Audio Typist position is for three days only and is just above award, so I think I would consider the full time Traineeship.

Sydney Fried Chicken With Lyssa

Lyssa wanted to spend some time in Campbelltown, have something to eat and see the doctor.  Jumping off at Campbelltown we visited a chemist where Lyssa had purchased her first puffer.  It didn’t seem right.

From there we had taken some of Lyssa’s payday money out and bought some Sydney Fried Chicken to eat.  Instead of our normal we bought a whole lot more.  I had a full and satisfying meal today after a starving morning.  I think the girl behind the counter liked me because she gave me extra food and tried to strike up conversation.

Lyssa Sees Her Doctor

We then started walking to visit a doctor for Lyssa.  Near the Catholic Club, Lyssa and I walked into the doctor’s chambers together.  He asked her a lot of questions, took her blood pressure test and checked her pulse.

Lyssa had to take an ECG test where she had to take off her top and bra in front of an aging lady and lie down on her back.  The test was to monitor her heart beat.  After that was accomplished Lyssa had some X-Rays taken of her chest area.  What the doctor and Lyssa’s mum think is that she might have a murmur in one of the ventricles of the heart.  The doctor told her that Lyssa’s count wasn’t high enough to have asthma.  That’s good.

Lyssa and I then walked out to the front where we talked about restaurants and how Lyssa and I would like to visit some restaurants in Campbelltown together.  Lyssa called her mum.  I got a lift home.

Phone Lyssa To Discuss Plans

At home I started mucking around on this computer.

An hour later I called Lyssa on the phone after some unsuccessful attempts.  We talked for half an hour.  Lyssa had been talking to Mallory and Nikita before then.  Some interesting facts… Nikita had started her College in the City on Tuesday and might be meeting with us after Lyssa finishes work tomorrow.

We then talked about how we would be meeting tomorrow and the positions I am turning up for.  Lyssa then told me about Kiley’s party this week.  I told her I might be visiting the Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras this Saturday, probably with Ali and Imad.

Tomorrow I’m waking up at 9am to visit Sydney for my interviews.  I might go now and get some rest.
