Konquer Insurance Work Day
Thursday morning I had to get my dad to give me a lift to work because I was pretty late.
Arriving at work it was same all same all.
CD Burning For Jewell
Getting sent to the city I walked to the place in Glebewhere I was getting my CD done for Jewell. At first, the guy told me he was having trouble with his woman and to leave it with him. But I persuaded him to do it for me there.
Almost an hour later, the project was done. I was happy with the turnout.
Running Errands In Sydney
Walking back to the city, I did my job there for Frank. Then I left for the office in Ashfield.
Frank got me to type a long document.
In the afternoon I typed up a prank letter using the Konquer Insurance using their cover letter. I printed it out. It was funny.
Then it was time for me to go home, with a headache.
Hanging At Pizza Hut
Walking to Pizza Hut, Rory and Simon were there. I went on pizza deliveries with them for most of the time until Imad and Ali came down.
Jett and Tod were also down at Pizza Hut. Everyone was fixing their cars because they broke down at the same times.
Listening To Dedications CD
Getting driven home much later on, I stepped in the house with a bad headache and a craving for food since I didn’t have much to eat in the day.
Eating away, I dozed off last night listening to the CD that I made. I found two errors, not really mistakes, but they’re there.
Train With Dina
Last night I went to sleep early because of my headache but still got up fairly late today. I didn’t wear my necklace today. I forgot for some reason in the morning so, for the first time that I didn’t write on my computer I lost my necklace on the same day, strange.
Today I caught my train with Dina. Dina and I talked about lots of things and laughed about lots of things. It seems that she was really out of it today because she couldn’t concentrate, like she’d been drinking. But it was probably Imad on her mind.
Imad is up at Auburn for me today. He is there to see if he can get me a video player for $100. Apart from that, my money is being spent well.
Diary At Work
Not having enough time to type something yesterday, and not enough time to type something in the morning before work, I thought I’d try something different and type my diary at work. Then I can go home and retype it on my Amiga 500.
I should get myself one of these IBM computers because seeing what this package can do, I’m interested.
Right now I’ve got someone in the office waiting for Frank. It’s funny about this language barrier. He can’t speak English well, and I can’t speak Cantonese.
Today when I receive my pay I’m going to bank the money for my résumés because it won’t get done until next week. Speaking of my résumés, it’s going to cost me $8 to get my work reference written up because the government is stupid.
