Get Floor Is Lava on Google Play
Four games, one stable
A stocktake across everything I’m building: Sky Finder mostly built, Retro Racer partly built, the new PB Tracker app built and ready to publish; and Floor Is Lava confirmed as a stable version, ready to publish if I want.
“That’s four games: Floor is Lava, Retro Racer, Sky Finder, and the Personal Best Tracker.”
A field test, McDonald’s drive-through
Handed Lance the phone with Floor Is Lava loaded on the way out of McDonald’s. He played it for a minute or two and cleared a level before I needed the phone back to pay.
Me: “Oh, it doesn’t look like it’s got any bugs. Now you can push it.”
A small moment, but a genuine real-world playtest of the current build holding up under a distracted seven-year-old with a two-minute window.
No version change logged today: a playtesting and stocktake day rather than a coding session.
Read what happens next in the dev diary: the next entry.

Diary Of A Mad Chaos is a daily diary written from March 1996 until today, of which individual books and book series have been created, namely “The Lost Years” an exploration of young, entwined love, the “Wubao In China (猎艳奇缘)” book series which provides an extensive comparative analysis of the cultural differences between Eastern and Western societies, and the book titled “Foreigner (华人)” an exploration of race relations in Australia.
