A toy lava ship for Lance
A small, off-screen echo of the game showed up while out shopping. A clock, an eight dollar find, was followed by an unexpected match: a three dollar toy lava ship that looked just like the one in Floor Is Lava.
“I ended up buying that clock, which was $8, plus a $3 lava ship that looks like the Floor Is Lava ship, it’s a cute little ship.”
It turned out to actually be a rubber eraser shaped like the ship rather than a toy proper, but it made its way into Lance’s school bag regardless.
