Finding My Swagger At The Gym – Mad Chaos: July 2, 2022

Work Lunch In Coco Cubano

The time was 1:20pm when I parked in Macarthur Square.  I first came to Coco Cubano.  For lunch I ordered sweet potato fries and a large cappuccino.  

The laptop was opened up with the Diary of a Mad Chaos Diary Chronicles month of August 1998 entries loaded up in a word processor to be proofread and edited for the next hour and a half.

The Canary Yellow Hand Towel

When I finished work at Coco Cubano, I went to the variety store on the ground level inside Macarthur Square across from the escalators.  I was in search for a cheap hand towel before I entered Club Lime Gym upstairs.

There was an older Asian lady circling around the same aisles as me. I saw her hover around my aisle a few times.  Because I sensed she was interested, I felt like doing her a favor and flirting with her.  I did look at her at one point.  It looked like the same woman that was in the Asian supermarket in Campbelltown a week ago.  She has this knack of circling around me.  

In one aisle I found a bright yellow hand towel.  The canary yellow color made me wince, but the hand towel was small enough to hang out in the gym with.

When I came to the front counter to pay, I noticed the Asian girl behind the counter was cute.  I was going to dare tell her that she was cute. But someone else was in line behind me waiting to be served.  I used that time to get served instead.  I bought the $2 canary yellow hand towel.

Gym Session – Back & Arms Day

Then I came upstairs to Club Lime gym.  When I got in Club Lime gym, the first exercise I did was to start on treadmills for 10 minutes.

I was on a treadmill behind a very attractive Asian female with one full braid going down the middle of the back of her head, halfway down her back.  She looked exceptionally sexy in black spandex sports pants, and a midriff top showing off her trim belly.   

When I finished off on the treadmill, I started on back exercises. I did a few sets of Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs and Seated Cable Rows.  

I did two sets of Dumbbell Bicep Curls with 12.5 kilograms on each dumbbell.

Then I moved to Seated Leg Press with 45 kilograms.  I did two sets for this exercise.

I did Leg Curls with a maximum of 25 kilograms, for two sets.  

Then I moved up to 65 kilos on the Seated Leg Press.  I can’t feel the stretch too tightly in my hamstrings though.

Then I moved to Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press and Rope Triceps Pull Downs with 15 kilos.  The first set was 25 kilos in total for Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press.

Asking For Help In The Gym

In this gym session I worked out my shoulders, my hamstrings, worked out my quadriceps on the Leg Press Machine. I did two sets of bicep curls, and worked on the triceps and shoulders too.

I did a whole bunch of different exercises for my second trip to the gym this year.  

I even went up to some young bloke on the gym floor who was with a group of four kids in their mid-teens.  He’s taller.  He doesn’t have too much muscle. He’s just got some bulk on him.  

I asked him, “Do you know where I can find a shoulder press machine?”  

He pointed behind him and said, “There is one right there.”  

Then he pointed me to all the different machines around the gym where I can do some shoulder press and shoulder exercises. That was helpful.  He was a nice guy.

I might do that a bit more with a few different people in the gym.  I should act like a newbie so that I can get to know the people in Club Lime and make some friends.  

I still haven’t gotten around to doing my abs because I’m afraid I might tear my muscle there due to my hernia slash diastasis recti issues. So I haven’t gotten around to that yet.

Finding My Swagger

I was sweating pretty bad. So when I finished up my gym session, I went into the change rooms to splash some water on my face.  That’s when I saw I had a really red turnip face.  I looked like a really old fat asshole.  I just laughed at myself. I had a bit of bulk too, so that was good.

I returned to the gym to finish up with 15 minutes on the treadmill.  I had my short blue shorts and T-shirt on in the gym while most guys with bulk on them were walking around with long tracksuit pants.  You could tell these guys had solid bodies because their muscular areas poked out of the loose cotton material, to make their legs look massive, or their asses look really tight.  Or they had jumpers that were tight on their biceps.  The guys in Club Lime looked good with that kind of gym wear on.  I took note.

Despite the casual shorts and T-shirt that I wore to the gym, I figured that some of the girls would notice that the material was really thin around my penis.  I might get a glare or two.

It is only in the gym where girls perve on me.  They are the hottest girls too.  In the normal public, girls don’t really notice me. But when I’m in the gym, I’ve got my little blue shorts on.  It’s a confined space. Everyone’s a part of the same little community. I caught one or two girls perve on me, and it makes me feel good.  

In Club Lime I found my swagger.  Walking between fitness machines, my chest and back were pumped up.  I had this natural swagger where I’m trying to get my pumped arms to slot behind my chest muscles.  My biceps were so pumped the muscles bounced off my outer chest, pushing my elbows out and shoulders up.  That natural pumped feeling made me feel hard.  

As I worked out in my short blue shorts, I thought to myself, “When have I really ever worn go-out clothes?”  

It took me back to the days in HIH Insurance when I was wearing my electric blue button-up work shirts and really tight polyester pants to work. Then I would wear the same types of tight clothes to nightclubs as well. Those years in the early 2000’s were the only times that I wore really tight, sexy outfits.

I thought to myself that it would be funny if I brought that kind of swagger back to me. What if I go around wearing tight shorts where everyone can guess where my penis is?

Post-Workout Nutrition

The time was 4:25pm when I finished my workout at Club Lime gym.  I had a very good gym session. I want to go back more often. I feel good there.

I went into the bathroom, had a quick shower, but there was no hot water in the showers at Club Lime.  I had to splash myself with water.

Then I quickly popped into the The Coffee Club to purchase another large cappuccino with full cream milk.  I browsed a few more shops and checked out the scene of chicks in Macarthur Square.  Then, in the heavy downpour, I returned back home by 4:40pm.  

Later in the night around 10pm I made myself a soup with soy curds inside.

My three-year-old son asked, “Daddy, is that the pretend milk?”  

I replied, “No, it’s a soup. I’m going to eat it.”

I sat it up onto the wooden treasure chest to have my dinner as he played in the garage beside me.
