The Bare Fridge Diet

I haven’t really done grocery shopping in these last few weeks. I just want the food that I have at home to run out.  Then I’ll buy some new food.

The reasoning behind the food depletion method is that if I buy food for the sake of having a full fridge, I’ll be tempted to eat the food.  If the fridge has too much food, I’ll eat an extra meal by accident. But if I keep my stash of food provisions low at home, then I’ll have to make soups or salads and stay disciplined as I watch the food stores deplete.

This dieting method should help me lose weight because I’ll be eating less calories and thinking less about food. That was my rationale.

I made a mistake to visit the IGA supermarket today however.  In there I purchased a big bag of Twisties chips for myself and a bag of chips for my son.  

I also drove to McDonald’s where I purchased two large cappuccinos, both with soy milk each.  The caloric count is roughly 260 calories altogether for those coffees.

When I drove back home, the first thing that I ate was that big bag of Twisties.  100 grams of Twisties contains 499 calories (2090 kilojoules) in nutritional value.  That binge on Twisties would be about 4,000 kilo joules that I put into my body. I guess that was my breakfast.

Positive Atmosphere At Club Lime Gym

I also packed a towel and a spare shirt in case I did my third gym session since I joined Club Lime Gym.  

By 3:30pm, I popped into Club Lime Gym. People at Club Lime Gym rub off on my shy nature.  

When I walked through the gym gate, the girl at the front counter asked, “Is everything okay?”  

I replied, “Yeah.”  

A personal trainer who was sitting down on a chair having a good old chat to her also asked me, “Everything’s good?”  

I told him, “Yeah, it’s fine.”  

When I popped in properly and went to the change rooms, two young Asian girls came out of the female change rooms, one with a midriff crop top on. You can see who the outgoing people are in the gym.  In the middle of the day there are a fair few outgoing people, and lots of male grunters too.

Gym Session – Chest & Abs Day

Once I settled into Club Lime Gym, I started with three sets of Bench Press with a maximum of 15 or 20 kilograms on each side.

Then I tried a Decline Bench Press.  I could only do one set.  

I moved over to Seated Cable Bench Press for 2 sets. This is my third visit since signing up to Club Lime, so the gym equipment is new to me.  I’m looking around for different exercises to do.

Then I found an Ab Crunch Machine where you lie down on your back with your stomach up and pull weights around the top of your shoulders in a rotating arc. That’s what I’m kind of looking for.

I also did 2 sets of Cable Shoulder Press with about 20 kilograms on the cables.

I moved to the Hanging Leg Raises Chair, mindful of the pinched nerve in my outer thigh.  I was finally able to perform 3 sets of 10 reps suspended up on the Hanging Leg Raises Chair.  I had a twinge of pain in my outer thigh nerve muscles, but nothing drastic.  I think the nerve pain has almost gone away.

I moved to Pec Deck and did 3 sets.  

I got myself around the gym. I haven’t done any biceps or triceps work yet, or back for that matter either.  But I’m happy with the success on the Hanging Leg Raises Chair.

I finished my gym session up with one more set of Machine Ab Crunches.  That was a good 17 sets covering chest, abs, and shoulders before I hit the treadmill for a 20 minute jog at a 7.6 km per hour pace.

The Pleasure Of Fantasies

Towards the end, when I was on the treadmill, a lot of hot young chicks showed up in Club Lime Gym.  There was this one Caucasian brunette with a tight white top. She had a sports bra underneath that hugged her massive, beautiful, upside down teardrop breasts. It’s the same thickness at the bottom of her breasts that it is at the top of the breasts. It’s this big block of breast.  She looked spectacular.

She was a tall girl with a small waist.  She was quite dignified, wearing loose-fitting tracksuit pants. But even with tracksuit pants, when she jumped onto the climbing machine in front of me, her little waist still looked spectacular.

I tried not to perve, but she was in front of and to the right of my treadmill. So every time I looked at the TV screen on my treadmill, I glanced over at her and her female friend on the adjacent treadmill both being playful.

I found myself innocuously training on the treadmill, when suddenly my thoughts were misplaced by my libido, mesmerized by the fantasy playing out before my eyes.

Growing In Confidence At The Gym

I’m starting to get confident.  In this scenario, I get a chance to talk to people.  I go to get a drink of water. There is someone in front of me. I bob my head and give an indication that I’m coming next.  Or someone will go to the open lockers and put their clothes in the box. Someone will see I’m getting my bag out and excuse themselves.  It gives me a chance to pull the cobwebs off of my social anxiety.

It surprised me too that even girls sometimes are checking me out.  As I was coming out of the men’s toilet, there were these girls coming out in their tight three quarter gym pants and sports crop tops.  The dark-skinned Islander girl had an incredibly sexy body embellished by her skin-tight clothes.  

The male and female change rooms have exit halls that meet in the middle, to one final walkway that exits the change rooms into the gym area.  She was just in front of me as I came out of the male change rooms a few steps behind.  Unexpectedly, a demure me now had a beautiful view of her knuckle-shaped wide bum as she came out.  

Then she turned the corner.  I see her side on view, and boobs curved out.  The eye candy is just incredible. You get to see a lot of athletic, fit girls at Club Lime.

In a nod to my wife, with a tinge of jealousy, I wondered what would happen if Ria came to the gym?  If she wore her gym pants and a sexy outfit to the gym, she definitely would be getting perved on by guys. Maybe one or two guys would try to hit on her. That woke me up a bit, thinking that if my wife comes to the gym, she’ll be hot property.

I finished my gym session today at 4:40pm.  I was sweating like a horse again.  The last thing I did was to come into the change rooms.  As usual, I took progress photos of myself.  As usual, some guy has walked in to get changed.  He saw I had the camera out.  I got embarrassed and put the camera away.  

Then I came back to the car. It was raining cats and dogs once again on the drive home.
