Routines To Counter My Anxieties – Mad Chaos: May 20, 2003

Lo, my taste buds toast to another productive day, as the sweet aromatic specks of strawberry litter my cereal in their scrumptious serve.

A Fun Day Grocery Shopping

Discipline was on display today, smirking in a manner of euphoric ascendancy as each prioritized item was struck off my list.  I was scrupulous with my costs when it came to groceries but nonetheless my fridge is nutritionally sound, with beef strips, fillets of fish, unsaturated oils and omega enriched breads, to name a few.

The inside stacks of the fridge door are all full, as is there a perimeter of noodles and drinks to encompass the main area.  So all around it was a fun day shopping, and then at the gym as my groceries were delivered.

Breaking Through Those Morning Anxieties

I must admit my morning began with a smidgen of uncertainty, but common interactions gradually changed that.

Morning anxieties have become a natural occurrence since the instable days on marijuana, but activities like shopping and exercise allow me to cope, and not only cope but to improve my state of mind too.

I forgot what it was like to be happy or to have natural highs.

I feel prouder and greater with dignity now that normal inroads make me happy.  As the days roll on and more items are checked off my list, my mood can only improve, and that is something to look forward to.
