Problems Between Imad And Dina – Mad Chaos: September 18, 1996

Today I woke up at 10:00 am.  I could have got up much earlier but there was not much to do today.

Imad Visits

Imad came over today.  We talked a bit because Dina wasn’t experiencing much orgasmic contractions.

Jett Calls

Jett rang my up before I went to my workout and we talked about tomorrow and he is looking forward to it.  Tatton didn’t call me today but he knows about tomorrow so he is going to call me.

I had a good sun-bake today.

Checked In Post Office On Letter

I’m still waiting for this letter to come from Kathryn and I’m getting pissed off.  I went to Campbelltown Post Office but I got a dumb Asian motha fucka that I couldn’t bargain with, so I will have to wait a bit more.

Aubree’s Boyfriend Shows Off

I saw Ralf today driving in his car.

I also saw Aubree but she was at the lights with her boyfriend in his car.  You could tell she was trying to show off.  Her boyfriend turned up the volume and it sounded very treble-based.  Then he tried to show off when the lights went green by going a little fast around the corner.

Gym Routine

I had a big lunch today.  Here is what I did in the gym.

Warmup:I took my Jeans in today for a different look and done 2 minutes on the bike and burnt off 15 calories.  I then done some light stretching for my Chest and back.
Chest:I done 10 sets today for Chest including warm-ups and I warmed up on Incline Fly’s and with 25 pounders done 15 reps without a stretch.

 

I then stretched a bit and went to do Peck Deck with 60 pounds which was fairly easy to do 15 reps.

I then got onto Incline Presses and put on 80 pounds for a warmup to do 12 reps.  I then put it up to 130 pounds and done myself 6 reps by myself and without a spotter I stopped.  I then went again after a slight pause and done 2 more reps.

That got me pumping and I went to do Incline Dumbbell Presses and with 55 pounders went to failure and done 10 reps.  If I started fresh on Dumbbells I could have probably done 20 reps.

I then went to do Seated Machine Bench Press and put it up to 110 pounds to kinda warm-up on and done 8 reps.  I then put it up to 140 pound and done 8 more reps and my Chest was out like a brick.  I then put the weight up to 150 pounds even though it might have been too much but I ended up doing 5 reps by myself and spotted myself for 3 more reps.

I then went to do Pullovers and got out a 50 pound dumbell and done 8 reps breathing deep.  I then put the weight up to 55 pounds and done 8 more reps.

Lattisimus:By now I was tired and sweaty and I started on T bar rows with 40 pounds and done 12 reps for warm-up.

 

I then done some One Arm Dumbbell Rows starting on 70 pounds and doing 8 beautifully performed reps.  I wasn’t feeling that strong and I was in the “Couldn’t be bothered” Strength but I put it up to 80 pounds and done 8 more very nicely performed reps.

I then got onto Close Grip Lat Pulldowns and put it up to 120 pounds and done a good set of 8 reps.  I then paused and done another set like this and paused again.  I put the weight down to 110 pounds and done 8 more reps to finish off.

Biceps:I cut out Shoulders and done 4 sets of Bicep work and it all equals up to 20 sets.

 

I started on Preacher Curls and got a 50 pound set bar and done 8 reps.  I was very tired now and had trouble lifting the bar but I got out a 60 pound fixed bar and done 8 more reps pushing very hard on the last rep and almost making my Biceps out.

Not finished there though, I leapt to Standing Cable Curls and started on 60 pounds and done 8 reps.  I then put the weight down to 50 pounds and managed to do another 8 more reps and I was fucked.

Post-Workout Feeling

After today’s workout – which I done around 1:30 pm – I looked pretty big.  My Chest hurts already from today’s workout.  It was heavy and a bit different.  My arms stretched out to 14.2 inches.

I then came home, ate a lot of food, and had a multivitamin tablet.  Now I’m fine.

I’m going to have a carbohydrate dinner and then some more food before tomorrow.

Brite Wite Hip Hop Session

I’m going to come up with a bit more shit for Brite Wite.

Then I’m going to watch some T.V.  I hope that letter from Kathryn comes soon.
