Does Phoenix Like Bình
Within the time that we spent back in Keith’s house, he chatted to Bình twice on the phone. Word was that Bình wanted to get onto Phoenix bad now. They were chatting to each other because he wanted her number.
Later in the day Phoenix called Keith asking for Bình’s number. So obviously she was interested in Bình.
I can understand that Phoenix likes Bình because he’s a nice guy and sincere. But what I can’t figure out is who’s taking advantage of who? Here is Bình who wants to get laid (or so he says that’s as far as he wants to take it) and here is Phoenix who likes Bình and probably wants to get with him too. I’ve lost the point I was trying to make about who’s going to be worse off, but my new point stems around me.
Phoenix The Fishy Bait
Why is it that each time Phoenix is free I am always the one to miss out on the ‘Used-By-Date’ pussy.
I was the first to have the chance to break her in, but declined. There was the period of time that I missed out on a meager opportunity because I was with someone at the time. There was the infamous night at Simon’s parent’s house where we had a foursome, but given the chance afterwards, I didn’t continue.
Then there were the dramas of recent where I’ve tried to get with her, but in each attempt, have either come oh so close or have been pushed away because of her so-called life.
My relationship with Phoenix is just one big tease I have put upon myself, where she has always been there but I had never taken more than a nibble of the bait. That same fishy smell protruding from her stinking erogenous zones is keeping me hooked.
Am I for the rest of my life going to nibble at her fishy interruptions instead of falling prey to hook, line and sinker? Will the day finally come when I get the chance to do more than nibble on such unsavory pleasure? If it be, please let it be and do not dangle so much meat that I cannot get hooked upon it. Let me not bloat with desire and make me not glutton to preoccupation. If it be, let it just be.
Visiting Bình’s Bakery Shop
From Keith’s house we headed to Bình’s bakery shop around 4:30pm. Nevertheless, Keith sounded like he didn’t want us to tag along, asking if we liked to get dropped off home.
“You can come along if you want, but I don’t see the point,” Keith unconvincingly offered for us to come along.
Shawn and I decided it would be in our best interests. Knowing that the most of the topic would be about Phoenix and how Bình is getting all squeamish about her, I knew I wanted to see him sweat and get ashamed in front of our faces.
The Fist Or The Fury
What I found worrying when we arrived is how Keith bent his thoughts to what he thought the will of Bình was regarding Phoenix.
When he spoke of Phoenix he tried not to demean her as all of us would because as Keith knows Bình, he’ll probably develop feelings for her like Imad did.
When Keith remarked “Just tell her you love her and she’ll be on her hands and knees for you,” I knew he only said it because he knew Bình would head towards that direction.
In Keith’s eyes, he gathered that Bình would have too much sympathy and respect for Phoenix to just (pardon the French) fuck her and chuck her.
What I found disturbing was how Bình uttered, “Yeah I’m going to root her and I might end up going out with her, but I’ll never fall in love with her.”
Yeah right! Next thing you know after a week they will have been engaged to be married. So again, who is the victim and who is being victimized in this new relationship, the fist or the fury.
Keith Pressuring Bình To Date Phoenix
Keith was trying to get Bình to call Phoenix because Bình likes her. But it sounded as if Keith wanted Bình to get him to call because he wanted something out of it. Keith is already starting to act like he’s on the rebound by inviting himself to parties with the intention to meet friends of Bình. He is also acting like he wants some Phoenix, although he denies it.
Keith even popped his eyes open to remark, “Out of the fifteen people in our group, none of us have girlfriends. Don’t you think that’s sad?”
I thought it was rather a stupid remark. Sure we haven’t got girlfriends right now but his implying that we are losers because of it isn’t true.
Keith is only saying that because he’s now in the game. He sees all the competition in which he has to personally put himself down in a way. Personally, I don’t think I’m any worse off for having no one. I like the bachelor life. However, I wish that I was a bit more active. I am just forbidden to be active because I never go out anywhere anymore due to these obsolete idiots.
Using Food To Buy A Used Bowling Ball
Other dramas apart from Phoenix in that visit was a bowling ball found in the long grass just down the road by a younger friend of Bình’s who comes to the shop. The bowling ball was 13 pounds. As Keith is with all bargains, when the young kid offered to sell it for $2, Keith jumped at the idea.
“Alright. I’ll buy it, but Bình will pay for it,” he uttered.
Then it got more stupid when they both offered to halve for it. Eventually Bình just ended up giving the kid something to eat from the store, which entitled him ownership to the bowling ball. But you could tell that Keith’s greedy hands wanted to get his hands onto some easy profit.
Keith didn’t want the ball because he was going to bowl with it. Rather, Keith wanted the bowling ball because he could sell it for an easy $10. Money, money, money. Only the green matters to Keith. I don’t even touch the tip of the corner or even look like falling off that notion of Keith’s greed.
There is no second place to Keith’s character than to his greed for money. What’s more, if he has people owing him or if he steals money (say from work), then he feels all the more powerful and like his own king for doing it. Earning money isn’t enough for him. He wants those stolen sweets and dangling solvency waving in his gluttonous face. If ever there was a vice, there would be no rest for his vile thoughts and his greedy wickedness.
Keith Prepares For The Catholic Club
Keeping ourselves at Bình’s store for around 45 minutes Keith decided to head home so he could get ready for the night.
The plans (which neither myself nor Shawn were included in) were for Bình, Tyler and Keith to head to the Catholic Club where they would play snooker for the night. Keith urged Bình to invite Phoenix so they could even up the odds and so Bình could get accustomed to her. But I knew that Keith only wanted to see if Phoenix would lust after him again.
Keith went from “I feel repulsed every time I think of Phoenix now” to eerie thoughts projected into my mind, telling me that Keith still wants Phoenix. He wants a root. Nevertheless, those were their plans for the night.
As Shawn was dropped off, he uttered something about meeting them at the Catholic Club, but he never did. I was thinking of heading down there myself if Shawn had gone, but when I arrived home, good news permitted me to stay home.
