Cruise Around Town With Ali – Mad Chaos: July 12, 1998

I’m not sure where I started on Saturday but for that day I stayed home most of it.  Having the computer game Myth – The Fallen Lords from Video Ezy at my house I started playing it for some of the day.

Lyssa Vents About Friday

Around 4pm I gave Lyssa a call.  We talked on a number of topics.  Then we started talking about Friday night and how she thought I was being a tad rude.  We then talked about what Lyssa is doing tonight and how she doesn’t want to visit Chevy’s again.

Lyssa called me back later in the night and told me before getting ready for her night out that if she got home before 2am that she would give me a call at home.  Otherwise, being 4:45am now, I have to wake up at 10:30am so I can make it to Lyssa’s house with a movie in hand ready to spend a day with her.

I can’t say I’ve been looking forward to Sunday.  I know I haven’t really been thinking about it.  When it happens, it happens.

What I know is that Lyssa and I will be too proud to touch each other or even try looking twice in each other’s direction.

For some oddball reason, both our reasoning to the new situation has made us more oppressive.  Neither Lyssa or I want to make the step into getting back together.  We both know by now that it’s over.

While Lyssa and I were on the phone I told her I was bringing her over the Vegemite that I still hold at my house.  There are two containers, so I would feel more right if I gave her one, sort of keep the tradition with her.

Kebabs At Caltex With Ali

Once again, I’ve left for the night with Ali.  He did come through with his bid to come back and pick me up.  I should have known that Penelope wouldn’t be able to stay out because it was already so late.

Anyway, Ali came over my house while I was writing my last entry around 1:30am, one hour and a half into Sunday morning, two hours ago.  For these last two hours we headed off to Campbelltown, where we stopped off at Caltex.

While there we met up with the dude that gave us a run last night and then stopped to help us while we were pulled over for the first time by the cops (which I was half way through commenting in the last entry).

While at Caltex I bought a large kebab and started devouring through that.  I was pretty hungry.  To my surprise, there was plenty of oil inside the Lebanese bread.  A big puddle dried up on the ground, turning me off buying another one.  I’ve got to admit though, they do taste pretty nice, but you can taste the oil as it dries up in your mouth and then on your intestines.

Visit Imad In Mobil Service Station

Once finished there we headed for Mobil where Imad was working.  This time Keith, Shawn, Ralf, Noah, Simon and Lucas had left.  It was just Imad, the security bloke and a stray dog.  Jumping out of the car Ali got scared of the dog because it was something on the lines of a rottweiler.

Not intimidated by its presence, I walked up to it and started to pat its short hair.  Tame was this dog that when I told it to sit, it would.  The dog’s head was the size of its body.  You could tell it could be mean if it felt the need.

Ali was scared of the dog.  He walked into Mobil as I stood with the security and conversed with him.  There we sat for over half an hour patting the dog and making everyone that walked in believe the dog belonged to the security guard and that it would attack on will.  The dog kept walking away.  Finally, it grouped with two kids that happened to have food.  As they fed the dog, they realized he wasn’t going away.  Deciding to be cunning, they split up their separate ways.  The dog rightfully followed the bloke that gave him food.

Give Chase To Slow-Driving Girls

Driving on our way back to Campbelltown, we came behind a very slow moving car.  Driven by a girl, they were traveling around 40–50 Km/h.  You must admit, that’s dumb.  Ali didn’t have his car.  He had his mum’s car, and we were getting pissed off.

Irritated and deciding to have some fun, we drove up their ass.  The girls started getting scared.  The driver was looking in the rear vision and the passenger pulled down her visor, which had a mirror on it.  Noticing both of them looking, we had a big laugh.

When we approached red lights we stuck behind them, very close.  Ali kept ripping it and getting closer and closer.  Both of them were looking in their rear vision mirror getting all panicky.  The passenger turned around to look at us.  Meanwhile, Ali and I were in hysterics at their expense.

When the lights turned green, their idea of trying to get away from us was 60 Km/h.

With the stealth of an elephant on bubble wrap they got away from a sharp turn on the roundabout.

Yep, we were fooled, as they sped around the corner (doing below the legal limit) without turning their blinker on.  We were had I tell ya!

Arrive To Chevy’s Nightclub

The time was 3:10am and everyone was coming out of Chevy’s by now.  For this reason we drove down Queen Street overlooking all the glamorous girls that stepped out of Chevy’s.  And yes, there were some incredible beauties there.  So amazed I was at the length of their skirts.  And so much blondes I must tell you.  It’s heaven for me.

One of these days I’m going to travel to some nightclubs.  Be it with friends or by myself, I’m going to find myself some nightlife and some night wife.

Doing three laps of the main street we then started our journey home.  We noticed that the cops were out more now that everyone was stepping out of Chevy’s.  Tonight it was dead though.  No one was out on the streets, not even the coppers.

On the way home we tried to nick some papers but there were cars at each place we went to, so we gave up.

Halting at my house I said my goodbyes to Ali.  Then we started dissing each other’s mums.  Ali got aggravated and tried to run me over in his car.  When he found out he didn’t have enough wits, he waved and left.

Here I am now on the computer.  Before I am about to go to sleep and once again, it’s been four entries since I’ve tried to finish my entry for Friday night.  It’s getting closer and closer each time but I’m being interrupted all the time.  At least tonight I had something to do instead of being bored all night.  But now I have to write about Saturday also because nothing has really been written about that.  Well, here goes…

Planning To Visit Lyssa’s House

Well, now that all has been said and done, I must get myself some sleep.  If I got to sleep now and wake up at 11am then I will be at Lyssa’s house around 1pm, if I am lucky.

Another thing I have to dodge tomorrow is Ralf.  While we were at Mobil talking he told me that he’s coming over at 11am tomorrow.  Let’s just hope he doesn’t live up to his word, or I leave quick enough to avoid him.
