A Call Out Of The Blue
Remembering the time that Jewell rang me up after we split up, it was good what I had said to her that night. Since the letters I sent her said that I would slowly fade away (which I did), I acted on the phone like I didn’t know who she was.
“Do you know who I am,” she asked me.
“No. Who am I speaking to,” was my response.
We talked for just a little. I gave her no clue that I wanted to talk to her again. I didn’t sound like I didn’t want to talk to her though. I keep her guessing.
Friends Pop Over
Imad Didn’t come over today. Instead Ralf and Shawn popped over.
Then Jett came down. After having a long conversation and an equally long wait for Imad, we drove to Pizza Hut.
Pizza Hut Hangout
Rory and Simon were at Pizza Hut. We found out that Simon has lost his driver’s license for sure and that he might want an insurance job done on the car. He will be asking me to do the job for his car.
Ali turned up at Pizza Hut with a girl that he might be dating now.
Everything came together about last night. Phoenix got a lift home with Simon I think. Shawn laughed at her, and everyone was ignoring her.
From Pizza Hut Shawn drove me back home.
The Dedications CD
Right now I have to look in my diary once more to recheck the dates I’m putting on the CD.
What I’m doing now with Jewell, the CD that I might be sending her, I’m not doing that mainly because I like her but for the fact that I’m still a man, and to be a man I have to treat some lady nice.
After all that’s been done with all other women like Phoenix and Lucas’s Kiki, I had to feel like I was wanted. I had to feel like I was treating some woman right. I think what I am doing now could change things, for me and my life.
These days of life, you have to have stability and finance behind you to date. Men want sex and loving off women. That’s where they clash. Really, deep down I care for Jewell. I always have. That’s why I have to do what I’m going to do. Never live on “What if I did.”
It’s almost time to go to sleep for tomorrow’s work.
