New Year’s Eve Preparation With Lyssa

I will start my day off late last year on the last day.  Getting a lift with my dad, I talked to him of the year past and my auntie who came out of hospital until I reached Campbelltown station.  Wishing him and mum a Happy New Year I walked to my train and caught it to Leumeah, where I walked to Lyssa’s house.

Giving Lyssa a kiss once I reached her house I waited while she was almost ready.  Then Mallory came in.  Mallory (as Lyssa has noted) has taken a shine to me.  No more is she shy and hides from me.  At Lyssa’s house Mallory came straight in and straight up to me asking me a favor.

We were ready to walk to Leumeah station.  Rita called from Velda’s house having nothing to wear.  Asking Lyssa if she could bring over a shirt, we walked to Velda’s house.

Reaching Velda’s house, Lyssa gave Rita the top.  Velda was still getting ready.  I wanted to get to the City before the big 9pm fireworks but by the pace Velda was putting her makeup on, I doubted it.

Later on Bielka came over with Delaney and Emanuel.  She was offering all of us a lift to the station.

Train To Sydney With The Girls

The time was 8:30pm when we left.  Lyssa and I were the first in the convoy to be driven to the station.  The rest of them came later.  As we were wishing each other a Happy New Year I took some pictures of all the girls together at the station.  They were all bright with nice clothes on and it made a nice scene.

The train took its usual length of time.  On the train I sat with Lyssa.  Noticing Bielka, she had a sullen expression on her face.  I also noted that she would be staring at me through the windows on the train in a menacing way.  Bielka didn’t like me for some reason, but that didn’t bother me.

The Girls Go To The Temple Nightclub

Reaching the city, we saw a glimpse of the 2 million dollar fireworks, and then headed towards The Temple nightclub where everyone was going, except for Lyssa and Mallory.  Lyssa didn’t want to go because she didn’t want to dance until the morning, and Mallory wasn’t old enough.  Miroslav was up there also.  One of his friends were talking to Mallory.

Mallory had a big crush on Miroslav from pictures of him at the formal.  When he gave her a Happy New Year kiss she said loudly, “Oh my god!”

Velda and Rita wanted to come with Lyssa, Mallory and I for a walk towards Circular Quay.  Catching the train I took some pictures of the girls trying to figure out what to do.  Velda and Rita were on speed and Bielka was trying Ecstasy because Emanuel was also trying the substance.

The Fireworks At Circular Quay

Reaching the harbor, we noticed the crowd was packed tight.  But I reminisce last year how it was so much more packed and better.  Maybe that was because I was with the boys and we were the trouble causing the problems.  Last year for New Years I was with Miroslav, Keith, Shawn, Ralf, Tatton, Imad and all the other boys that I used to hang around with back in the day.

Lyssa was getting worried because there was a continuous flow of bottles being smashed around us.  I was having a fair time taking pictures of all the sites.  In the time we were looking around, we met up with Nikita and Shelby who were looking for us all night.  Nikita was crying as she is a very timid creature because she was so glad to see Lyssa.

In that time Lyssa was ecstatic as some Texas boys asked for directions to the fireworks.  Lyssa loves the sound of American accents and American people.  Velda and Rita left.  I took some more pictures of them and Nikita before they left.

The New Year’s Eve Fireworks Fizzer

Hanging with Nikita now, we found a spot on the Harbor to watch the fireworks at midnight and count with the countdown.  Midnight came and no one realized.  We heard one or two fireworks go off and that was it.  A train rolled past us and tooted its horn, and that was it.  Midnight was over and we didn’t even experience a countdown.  I was angry and surprised.

Lyssa and the rest of us sat and waited for half an hour expecting something, but nothing.  One of Nikita’s friends (male and a crazy fool that was pissed) threw caution to the wind and jumped into the Harbor water, as he swam to one of the wharves and climbed back up.  Everyone cheered as he jumped in.

The night was basically over.  We headed to the train station but it was jam packed with people trying to get back home.  Lyssa, Mallory and I decided to walk up Pitt Street to another train station.

As we walked I took some more pictures of scenery.  Lyssa and I noticed a girl’s butt had a mind of its own wiggling up and down in her short skirt.  There wasn’t a shortage of people walking up to us and wishing us a Happy New Year, and making comments about Lyssa and Mallory as they both had skirts on.

A Train Back To Leumeah Station

Reaching St. James train station, we walked into the station and bought some food to eat, as we jumped onto the train.  All the way home we talked about the night and how disappointed we were of how shit the fireworks were.  I was angry that we didn’t leave sooner to see the 9pm fireworks that I wanted to see in the first place.

In the City we called Lucas.  He was going to come in and see me with Yunus but didn’t come down.

At Leumeah we all walked to Lyssa’s house.  Mallory stayed for a few minutes before she left.

Chat To Lyssa’s Neighbors

Lyssa and I had a night of passion planned, we were going to go off, but plans don’t always work.

After having a rest and then something to eat, we walked to the front door and noticed Holly from down the street and Toby were at the front door.  We sat out the front as Toby told us his New Year’s stories.  We exchanged laughs.

Holly’s friend from Pizza Hut that I know was in a girl fight and got punched in the face.  What else I heard was that Pizza Hut had a party in the parking lot out the back.  How pathetic is that.

Once Toby and Bielka left for home an hour later, Lyssa and I were ready to crash, leaving promises of satisfaction to the next night.  Lyssa took out two mattresses to the lounge room and we slept next to each other in our eveningwear so that her mum wouldn’t get that angry when she came home from her cocktail party.

Speak To Lyssa’s Dad On The Phone

The morning came and I was woken up first near 1pm by a phone call.  Lyssa was fast asleep and wasn’t going to get up, so I ran to the phone and answered politely.  It was an old man on the phone asking for Lyssa’s mum.  I told him to ring back later.

Talking to Lyssa about the phone call, she told me it was her dad calling.  Surprised about the way I talked to him not knowing who he was, I was more surprised when the phone called a few minutes later.  Lyssa talked this time to her dad for a couple of minutes.  Then we lay back down.  Lyssa’s mum came home just a little later.  Then Lyssa had a shower.

Pizza And Movies With Lyssa

The day was quickly passing.  We found ourselves in Ali’s car with Penelope as I rented two movies for all of us to watch at my house.  Ali dropped Lyssa and I off at my house.  Penelope was shouting Pizza Hut food, so they went and bought that.  Ten minutes later the videos were ready and we had the biggest feast for the newest year.

The lights were turned down to low and the movies were put on.  Everyone in my room at that time had quit smoking and Lyssa was serious about quitting for life.  Happy that she was quitting, last night I wasn’t disappointed that she had two smokes before the New Year with me knowing, and once in front of me.

The first movie was The Castle.  The second movie was Snow White.  Both movies were alright, but not that fulfilling.

After the movies, Ali and Penelope left near 11pm.  As far as I know they didn’t go home until 3am in the morning.

Ali told me that last night they were at Ali’s sister’s house having their party with Penelope where they were playing poker.  Whoever lost the hand would take a scoff of 50% alcohol drinks.  Ali lost most hands and Penelope didn’t lose one as she watched Ali drink himself away.

Penelope drove that night down Queen Street, which was packed all until the early hours of light in the morning.  Penelope thought it was funny how everyone would say “Hey Ali.  Hey… who’s driving Ali’s car?”

Torrid Fun On The Waterbed

As Penelope and Ali left last night Lyssa and I looked at each other almost drooling from the mouth in anticipation.  We relaxed for a minute as she slipped into a one-piece satin nightie and I jumped into my boxer shorts and the sheets of my waterbed.

We sat there on the waterbed talking.  Then that led to some torrid kissing, which led to some passion beyond my vocabulary of words in this edition of my diary.  Let’s just say we had hours of fun at night.  Last night passed quickly though.

A 40-Degree Hot Summer Day

This morning we awoke at 1pm by a call from Penelope.  She wanted Lyssa to meet her in Campbelltown for some reason.  So after a bit of waking up, she had a shower.

Making some beautiful breakfast for us, I had a shower too.  Then as we both got ready, we indulged in some beautiful toasted sandwiches with pineapple and cheese with eggs.

Walking to the bus stop I returned the movies.  Then in the 40-degree heat, we caught a bus to Campbelltown.  Calling Penelope she wasn’t ready at home yet and would be in Campbelltown in half an hour.  That gave me enough time to look for some hair elastics and some shampoo for my hair, and to withdraw some money out of the bank so Penelope, Lyssa and I could visit Lonestar.

Lunch At Lonestar With Lyssa

Buying my items of interest, we met up with Penelope.  Then we looked for a hairdresser to shave my undercut.  Getting that done, we walked to Lonestar.  We called Ali to invite him to lunch but he didn’t really sound interested.

Lunch at Lonestar was great, as the three of us stuffed ourselves with chicken tenders, nachos with cheese, a salad and an ice cream with mud cake.  We were full.  I could recall that was my third big meal for the New Year.  I was stuffed.

Walking out after paying, Penelope was hoping that Ali would drive past.  That instant I noticed Ali’s car.  He pulled over and we all jumped in, headed for Lyssa’s house.

A Dip In Lyssa’s Pool

While at Lyssa’s house we all jumped in for a swim.  Lyssa and I were mucking around on her rubber floaties, as I gave her a piggyback in the water.  Lyssa and I aren’t afraid of saying I love you now.  Just saying thank you is great to us.

Lyssa’s mum came home while we were in the pool.  Lyssa had a shower while Ali and I were still swimming.

Penelope Angry With Ali

We jumped out of the pool and snuck up to the front where we thought the girls were talking about us.  Penelope called for Ali.  Then when we walked in the backyard Lyssa told us Penelope had walked home.  Penelope was angry with Ali for some reason.  Then we both jumped in the car headed for home.

Ali had seen Penelope on the road and we picked her up.  After not much talk, Ali dropped her off, as she said she was buying a packet of cigarettes.

Ali then drove to Hungry Jacks.  Lyssa called me up with Penelope on the other line.  Lyssa and I both tried to sort out the problem.  It didn’t take much sorting out, just a little mishap.

Planning To See A Movie

I’ve written six pages in the Diary so far.  The time is 8:04pm and I began to write at 7:10pm, so try and work out that speed.  Take into consideration that I talked to Lyssa on the phone for about five minutes about tonight, then you have the speed, not including thinking time.

Anyway, all four of us are going out to the movies tonight.  I’m not sure what we’re watching yet.  Lyssa has some money for herself, which she had had to clean her whole room for.  I’m waiting for Ali so we can drive to pick up the girls.  Then we are set and off.

This year has started pretty good but don’t they all?  Last year was full.  This year will once again be full and exciting.  Let me say that Lyssa and I were together for half of last year.  Let us be together for the first half of this year, for the least and maybe to the fullest.
