Passing On Fisher’s Ghost Mardis Gras
Today is the day of the Mardi Gras in Campbelltown. I’ve decided not to go. The reason being I couldn’t be bothered. I’ve seen it already.
Walking home from work at Martinson Engineering today, I walked through Queen Street and took a peek at what’s happening tonight. The action will be good but I just won’t be there.
Contacting Audio Engineering Schools
Today at Martinson Engineering when at lunch I decided to call the Audio Engineering Schools. Information is being posted to me from two different Teaching Institutions. One that I talked to had a Studio within its Institution. It was free to use to the Student as long as it was booked. That means I can pay some Vocals to sing at the Studio, record something together and send a tape for review.
Full time or Part Time was on my mind but I choose Part Time because there is a longer time I can use their facilities. On a part time basis I can also keep my job, which I’ll need when I start at the Institution.
But that cost can be paid off as I go just like at TAFE.
What I want to do is just save enough money until late February to buy a car, roll around in that and save up to pay the Fees for the Audio Engineering Course.
So there I was for most of the day at work figuring out my budget and the rest of my life.
