Amiga 500 Dos To Dos Project
At work with Martinson Engineering today, I thought of a plan to get all my Amiga 500 ASCII files from my Amiga 500 computer to an IBM. The plan involves me hooking up to a server IBM with a modem and then uploading my files onto that server.
Imad will help me on the weekend with that task. I’ll be happy if that works.
Having Dinner & Phone Calls
Coming home from work at Martinson Engineering in Narellan, having a talk on the phone with Lyssa. Lyssa and I talked for a short period today. She is calling me back after 9pm tonight.
Then Ali phoned. Imad phoned after him. Then I started to have my dinner.
Shawn Buys A Motorbike
A knock on my door forced me to open up. Shawn was standing outside, not on foot but with a 250cc Motorbike to call his own. Now when one of my friends excels in life and buys something he’s proud of, I feel happy with him, and that makes me want to succeed more so we can both share the happiness.
Putting on some clothes, I found I was the first person he showed the bike to. I was also the first to double on the back and see the power his motorbike gave. For $4,000 he got a very sick bike, brand new looking with an immaculate paint job. The motorbike canes and sounds very good.
Riding on the back of the bike for the first time in my life, I found it excellent and a thrill. Driving around the block, we pulled up at Dina’s house, showed Imad the bike and then we drove back to my house.
Shawn is on his L’s and has never doubled someone before.
I didn’t have a helmet or bike gear.
Shawn is coming over later after he shows his bike to Ralf and a selective few. Then he’s coming back along with Ali and Imad.
Now that Shawn has a motorbike it will spark the weekends up a little and give back to me some of the weekends I used to have.
Court Notice For An Overdue Fine
Today in the mail I got a final notice for one of my train fines. If it’s not paid by the end of this month I’ll have to take the matter to court. Paying off my two fines will cost me two weeks of work, and take me longer to save for my car.
My Three Financial Goals
Coming home from the station today, I walked into Jam Studios a relatively new music shop. Within their limits I saw the likes of pianos from $2,000 and upwards to $6,000. My dream is to own a piano. Hopefully a year of working will see that dream come true.
Now all I want is three things and an option. Needed is a car, a computer and a piano. Those three items will probably cost me upwards of ten thousand dollars.

After seeing Shawn’s new toy, the option is also owning a motorbike. In one year of saving just $100 a week I’ll be halfway towards my goal.
Les Miserables Inquiry
Inquiring about “Les Miserables” it doesn’t commence until November 18th, so scrap that for our 3 months anniversary. Maybe we can watch Les Miserables for our 6 months anniversary.
Instead, maybe a picnic in the Botanic Gardens or somewhere not too demanding.
New Careers Paths To Move Into
Now I know what my occupations will be. Computers will be my occupation and my hobbies will span to photography and music, where I might also earn money.

Diary Of A Mad Chaos is a daily diary written from March 1996 until today, of which individual books and book series have been created, namely “The Lost Years” an exploration of young, entwined love, the “Wubao In China (猎艳奇缘)” book series which provides an extensive comparative analysis of the cultural differences between Eastern and Western societies, and the book titled “Foreigner (华人)” an exploration of race relations in Australia.
