Preparing for a Bodybuilding Photoshoot – Mad Chaos: July 5, 1996

I hate it when people go and get drunk because it brings out the worst in them and they don’t know what the fuck they are doing.

I had a pretty shit time tonight and last night.

Wedderburn Gorge Hangout

Last night we went out to Wedderburn Gorge because some Asians were at Kentlyn – our favorite hangout – so we had a shit time at Wedderburn because it was a shit fire and all of the girls got drunk again.

All of the girls in our group get drunk and then all of them (except Celeste) act fucking crazy and get onto each other.  For example Aubree for the 3rd or 4th time got onto Rory because she was drunk. 

She doesn’t even like him and she gets onto him all the time when drunk.

Janice got drunk again and she wanted Keith but Keith was smart and backed away.

Janice was angry with me for some reason but I don’t know why.  The only solution I can think of is that I called her house on Thursday and she wasn’t there, she was with Keith and Rory at Harley’s new house watching strippers or something.  She was probably acting weird because she thinks I like her, which I don’t because I overheard her talking to Celeste about it.

I just want to get away from this group and quickly, because the same thing again and again is starting to shit me.  And the thing is, that it’s always “Let’s go to a lookout (Kentlyn), get drunk and then get onto every Tom, Dick and Rory”.

I went home early from that and had a nice sleep.

Relaxed Day At Home

I woke up today at 1:30 pm and scoffed down some breakfast.  I had a dietary plan set out for today but it got fucked up because I woke up so late and Keith came to pick me up later on.

I played the piano today and basically that was the best thing about it.

I was going to call Madlyn today but I thought I would be pushing it so I’ll call her tomorrow and see if I can hook it over to her house to talk.  I want to meet her a bit more now because I want to get away from this crazy group I’m with.

Planning New Bodybuilding Photos

Onto some good shit now…  I was looking at some of my pictures when I was built back in my day and I was thinking it would be good to tone up again and get ready for another shoot.  Imad wants to do it but it’s too soon for me.

I need at least 12 weeks before I can have a bodybuilding shoot. 

I need that 12 weeks not only to get big but to get tanned at the solarium, to eat right, and get a plan going, to get cut enough, learn a bit about the body, basically get ready for it.

I am on a program now that will last me 3 weeks if I stick to it properly.  I want this cycle to be extra heavy so I’m going to make some adjustments to my routine for that.

Keith Considers Getting Fit

Carey is coming back tomorrow morning and then Keith wants to come with me to the gym.  That’s alright with me because I need a training partner for tomorrow.  If he wants to stay for a while then I guess I have a training partner for a while.

Visualizing My Next Gym Routine

Tomorrow, I have Chest – Shoulders – Abs, and I am going to go heavy for the chest, using dumbbells and going back to barbells for tomorrow only and working the upper chest and inner chest, which I will have to use closer grips on the bars.

I’m going to pre-exhaust my chest first with fly’s and then get to the heavy shit sticking to 6-8 reps per set. 

For shoulders, I am going to do some heavy shit and then some work on the rear and medial deltoid parts.

The front will get enough work from Chest work, especially inclines.

Abs are next and I am going to burn them up with lots of Crunches and lots of Side Crunches.  I already have it planned out what I am going to do tomorrow for my workout.  I just have to do it.

These three weeks coming up I am going to bulk up to at least 74 kilos.

I weighed 68 Kilos when I came off my flu and now after a big struggle I am up to 68.5 kilos after my last workout.  I will be a bit more tomorrow and I will get up to 69 by the end of this week maybe even 70 kilos.

Planning Ahead

I’m going to read some more anatomy and then I am going to go to sleep.

Tomorrow I am definitely ringing up Madlyn before I go to the gym.  I feel that her and me are going to get together and then I will have good luck.
