I am listening to relaxing music now while I am writing this, and today is yet my calmest day so far in this month. I’ve only relaxed today, and all day for that matter. I don’t want to stop relaxing yet but I have to soon. Well, I don’t have to… but I want to go down to Pizza Hut because I am meeting Imad there.
Playing Piano
I got up early today at 7:00 am. Then I went back to sleep. I re-awoke at 11:00 am, had some breakfast, and endured with hot air from the heater (hair dryer). My hair came out pretty good overnight.
As I grabbed something else to eat I started playing the piano and learning more and more with the piano.
Study Goals
I haven’t gotten to the Anatomy books today yet but I will. I have learnt some vital information so from these books.
This month is actually the month of A LOT of learning and reading to be done. It is the month of mental challenges, and not only for piano but also for women and all aspects.
Exercises and Stretches
After I played the piano I was watching TV and at the same time doing my stretches and splits in different variations including the front splits, side splits, standing toe touch and others.
I also did 70 pushups and might do some more. I did 30 pushups and then I commenced and done another 40 pushups.
I’m going to get something to eat now.
Keith Calls
Keith just rang me but his battery must be low because when my mum told me and I picked it up, it lost carrier, but he might ring me back.
If Keith does not call back soon, I will call him to see what he called me for.
