Skillshare WordPerfect 5.1 Class
Because I woke up late today (lazy me), I went to my WordPerfect 5.1 course at lunch at 12:30pm.
CES Job Search
I then went to CES and got an interview for tomorrow at 10am.
I’m going to get up at 7am in the morning wearing a suit that Keith gave me, catch the train at 8am, get to the job interview location about 9am, get a haircut there, and go for the job interview.
Gym Session
I ate a bit more today but I’m below 72 kilo’s.

This was my workout today.
Warm-up: | My warm-up today was a bit more intense. I did the bike for 5 minutes and burned off 40 calories.
I also stretched my Quads and Hamstrings. |
Quads: | I started with leg extensions and on a different machine started with 30 pounds, I did 12 reps and then I did a set with 50 pounds for 12 reps. My last set was on a normal Leg Extension and I did 12 reps with 100 pounds.
I then moved onto Leg Press and started with 80 pounds for 12 reps. I then popped it up to 160 pounds and did 12 more reps. I felt game and put the weight up to 300 pounds and hammered out 5 strict reps. I then dropped the weight to 240 pounds and did 10 reps feeling It more on this set. I then moved to the Smith machine and Loaded it with 40 pounds for Squats and I did 12 reps. I then put it up to 80 pounds and did 10 more reps. I moved to Seated Vertical Leg Presses and started with 200 Pounds (the stack) and did 20 reps. I then bent my legs in and did 20 more reps with 200 pounds. For my last set of Quads I put on a 30-pound dumbbell to make me push 230 pounds for 20 reps with Toes out. |
Hamstrings: | I started with Seated Leg Curls and used 100 pounds for 20 reps. I then raised it up to 140 pounds and did another 20 reps. Once more I raised it to a new height and did 20 reps with 170 pounds.
My next 3 sets were on standing Leg Curls doing 10 reps each with 20 pounds. I then did Lying Leg Curl starting with 30 pounds for 15 reps and then 60 pounds for 10 reps. |
Abdominals: | Nothing extreme here, 30 reps of Crunches followed by 15 reps of low Ab Crunches and then 20 more reps of Crunches and it all took one hour. |
