Food Shopping

Today I got up at 10:30 am and didn’t have much to eat for myself.  I waited a bit and then we went to get food at around 12:00 pm.

After we finished that, I called Tatton from the payphones.  He was coming over my house in an hour.  I told him about the rhymes and then it cut off.

Tatton Visits

I ate some of the new food.  Then Tatton came over.  I showed him the raps on paper, and I actually rapped them to him.  He liked it a lot, and he was cool wit it.

We worked on names for the chicks in our group while I got ready to go to the gym.

Gym Routine

My workout was actually a good one.  I wasn’t prepared on paper so I just did what I felt like doing.  My starting weight was 73.4 kilos and that’s a lot better than 71 Kilos.

Warm-up:I warmed up on the bike for 2 minutes and burnt off 10 calories and then I done some Chest stretches.
Chest:I actually done 11 sets for the chest and that was 2 warm-ups and 3 exercises with 3 sets each.

 

I started on cable crossovers and with 10 pounds each side done 30 reps doing it slow and good formed.

I then jumped onto seated machine bench press and put on 60 pounds and done 15 reps.

I then got onto bench press for the real shit and put it on 100 pounds and done myself 12 reps.  they were quite easy so I done the same again for another 12 reps.  I wanted to stay on a weight that wasn’t too heavy and I could do 12 reps in each set and I did.  I done my last set with the same weight and another 12 reps.

Next on was pullovers with a 45 pound dumbbell.  I did 3 quick sets of 12 reps each breathing correctly for it and doing it slow and continuous.

I then got up to do peck deck and put it on 50 pounds and done 3 sets of 12 reps on each one.  I tried to hold it in a bit at the end and actually pushed it around with my arms and felt it more in my chest.

Biceps:I did 9 sets for this starting with 2 warm-ups first on barbell curl with 30 pounds fixed and doing 20 reps.

 

I then got onto alternate dumbbell curls with 20 pounders and done 12 reps.  I then got a 40 pound barbell and done 3 sets of barbell curls for 3 sets doing 12 reps for each set and holding the same weight for all 3 sets.

I then got onto the preacher curl bench and got 40 pounds again and did another 3 sets on this doing 12 reps for each set with the same weight.

I then got onto cable curls and for my last set put it up to 40 pounds and done 12 more reps strictly and controlled and it burnt like hell.

Abdominals:I got onto Machine Ab Crunches and done 20 reps with 120 pounds on the stack.

 

I then got onto Crunches and done 3 successful sets of 20 reps each.

The last set particularly burnt and it was a good burn that I got onto Low Ab Crunches and done myself 12 reps on it.

Leroy’s name is actually Leroy Hilton, which I should have known anyway because I know his sister.

Now after I did that I came back home, ate some shit, and had a protein shake.

Bodishop Gym With Tattum

Then Tatton rang me.

I rode to Campbelltown to meet Tatton before he went to the gym.  I saw him on the way and I stopped off and we walked together.

Tatton had a good workout but how long until he goes stale.

Visit Bình

We finished that and then we went to see Bình and had a little talk to him.  Then me and Bình rode home on the bikes.

Planning Ahead

Now I am home. I am contemplating tomorrow and how I am going to come up with more raps for tomorrow for show.
