Diary Of A Mad Chaos

Trying to keep the best interests of my friends in mind, I will say I had an alright night tonight.  I could have had better socializing at the rave that was on tonight though, if only I went with Sherry.  But being the friend I am, I helped out a friend and went to his party.

Simon’s Lackluster Party

I knew it was going to be bad when only five of us were there at the start.

Then 3 cars pulled up and the cars were, Rory’s, Keith’s and Aubree’s.

The party had lots of food and I got a big feed eating lots of bananas and hot dogs and stuff at Simon’s party, but it lacked enjoyment.  Last night I also had a feast

Me, Leroy and Tatton were the only ones outside while everyone else bonged up.

Palmer Consoled By Harley And Ingrid

Palmer had a sook and got sympathy and then I saw him with Harley feeling good and even better when he was on Ingrid Sefton.

Rory Dogs Us

Rory the fuck was pissed and stoned and he dogged us by not taking us to Campbelltown when he could have fit me and Tatton in the back with him.

Make Gym Plans With Tatton



Tatton and me were the last ones at the party, the forgotten ones.

Tatton is ringing me up tomorrow so we can find out about the gym at the university in Campbelltown.  If the Membership is really $120 a year then I will join up.  Me and Tatton will train together and maybe also go swimming on our off days for athletics.

Keith Visits Anona

Keith left after that and dogged Bình for some pussy by the name of Anona.

Fed Up With Group

This is definitely the last I am giving for these fools.  All of them are weird in a sense.  The only ones I like are Imad, Celeste, Harley and William.  Shawn and Ned are sick cunts too.  This group started falling apart when William left and now everyone is getting onto everyone.

Keith came back but the car was full too soon and I missed out.  There was Noah and five girls in Aubree’s car and that was really full to the brink.

The party ended around 1:00 a.m. and I hitched a ride home with one of the Pizza Hut workers, which I knew.

Training Partner With Tatton

I will now devise a plan that I would follow after this 3-week gym course is finished.  The next course will last for 2-4 weeks and it will also consist of me training in the water and on the racer on my off days.  It also requires me to eat a lot more food so I can bulk up.

Day 1: Chest (8-9 sets),

Lattisimus Dorsi (8-9 sets).

Day 2: 20-40 Km/h bike ride,

warm-down In Sauna or Pools.

Day 3: Quads (9-10 sets),

Hamstrings (7-8 sets),

Abdominals (6-9 sets).

Day 4: 10-20 laps in pools,

warm-down In Sauna or pools.

Day 5: Biceps (6-7 sets),

Triceps (6-7 sets),

Calves (6-9 sets).

Day 6: Chest (8-9 sets),

Lattisimus Dorsi (8-9 sets).

Day 7: 30-60 Km/h bike ride.
Day 8: Biceps (6-7 sets),

Triceps (6-7 sets),

Calves (6-9 sets)

That is what I would be doing if this comes through with me and Tatton at the gym.  If it does come through then Tatton and me will be training partners and me and him will be going to the pools together sometimes.

On my relaxation days I will be going to have a sauna and be paying out for weekly sauna passes at Feelin Fit unless I can find a suitable place to have a sauna.

Financial Plan

This fortnight’s pay is going to pay for the bill I owe, which is $40.  Then I will have a rest and hopefully start up at the new gym.  The info that I have to find out is where I can go get a sauna, If I have enough cash to go get a suntan, and other things that my money will go towards (once gym is paid)

  • Money for food for the fortnight
  • Swimming Pool Tickets

 

I should be finished my training program on the 21st.  I might have a rest until the 29th where I can start anew for the new month.  I would finish working out around the 24th and give myself 5 days rest (a full cycle), before starting my new cycle at the new Gym.

Planning Ahead

Monday I am going to book a Ps test for myself for the 18th of August on Kathryn’s birthday.

I had lots to eat tonight and I am ready to go to sleep and give my medial deltoids a rest and wake up rejuvenated for tomorrow’s bike ride.
