A project tracker, built from scratch

Built a genuinely useful side tool tonight: a Markdown-as-database project tracker with a dashboard (active/completed/high-priority/recent tasks), per-project tabs; Floor Is Lava, BeStreak PB Tracker, Lifeline Timeline; subtasks, search, and a browser-local cache backup in case the MD file is ever lost.

Level editor: a standard random button

Added a “Standard” platform button: plain red, yellow or blue tiles with no special behaviour, useful when you just want a platform without deliberately choosing a hazard type. Kept chasing small level-editor bugs through the night alongside a movement-testing task in Claude Cowork that wasn’t yet replicating an earlier session’s reliable jump behaviour.

A real-world playtest at the park

Watched Lance teach a new kid at the park the rules of “Floor Is Lava” as a physical tag game: pure product validation in the wild, no screens involved.
