Lyssa Introduces Me To Misty Moo – Mad Chaos: February 12, 1998

Let me start with me waking up at 9:30am today.  What I’ve gathered is that I hate waking up early in the mornings but I don’t get grumpy about it.  Thoughts in my head were that I was going to call Jewell next Saturday on the 21st but that would be a big no because it’s mine and Lyssa’s 8 months for being together.  Instead I’ll be giving her a call on Thursday or thereafter to keep the conversation flowing.

Travel To Sydney To Meet Lyssa

Having a shower and then something to eat, I walked to Campbelltown and headed straight for the train station.  Today was a very hot day.  I sweated on the way to Campbelltown.

The train was fairly empty, as I traveled without a ticket for the whole trip.  Getting off at Central Station in Sydney I thought that some ticket gates wouldn’t be on, but I was wrong.  I had a bad feeling that I wouldn’t get out.  But walking around to the other ticket gates, there was no ticket collector, so I walked through.  From Central Station I walked all the way to St. James where I was just on time to meet with Lyssa.

Lunch On Pitt Street

Having lunch with Lyssa we stopped at a Plaza on Pit Street near Centrepoint Tower and had some pizza.  Picking a seat was strenuous, as we kept seeing openings.  Lyssa would get frustrated because people would get to the seat before I did.  Eventually we found a seat and sat down to have our lunch.

After our lunch, Lyssa and I walked to David Jones where she bought me my Valentine’s Day gift while I waited outside.

Walking Lyssa back to work, I gave her a kiss and told her I would meet her when she was doing the banking in an hour.

Haggling To Enter Eros Theatre

Walking towards Central Station I had a notion in my head that I would visit Eros Theatre in my spare time to fill up half an hour.  Literally running, I remembered that last time I was there a girl called Tori was playing around the time I would be there.

Finally at the ticket counter I explained to them that I would only be coming in for half an hour to view Tori and that was it as an excuse for me to get in cheaper.  Haggling over the price for a couple of minutes I got tired of it, even though the price did come down.

Then I left back towards Lyssa’s way.  Walking around Town Hall and looking at suits I received a call from Lyssa who was ready to do banking.

Accompany Lyssa On A Banking Run

Lyssa and I walked to three banks.  My legs were killing me from walking all day in the City.  Lyssa was ecstatic about the present she had bought me and told me how everyone in the office adored it.  All this time I was asking what the present was and for hints, but she didn’t budge.

As the mailing was done, I dropped Lyssa back off at work.  Then I proceeded for the next hour to walk around in the City.

I visited the Pavilion Hotel where I used a ticket where I could use $5 free on the poker machines.  The lady gave me five dollars in cash.  Looking at the machines, I contemplated for a while whether I should gamble the money or not.  I decided not to put the money in the machine, and it came to good use.  From there I walked to Centrepoint Tower to the fourth floor and sat down to have a rest in the lounging hall.

Train Trip Home With Lyssa

From there I walked to meet Lyssa after work.  After quickly delivering the DX we walked to St. James Station.

Lyssa and I got into a little dispute about her train ticket because she pays $9 for a full fare ticket in the mornings.  She complained about it to me.  I told her it would be better to buy a single fare, which was $6, travel to the City, and then when going home use it again.  You still get the same use because you only use it twice.  Even if the ticket was swallowed you could buy a full fare to a near station just to get through the gates and you would still be better off.

In the argument, Lyssa went one step further and jumped up off the seat we were both sitting on and ignored me, as she stood waiting for the train for five minutes.

On the train it was alright and we were having fun.  Lyssa would laugh at the present in her bag.  Sitting next to a couple of other people we would play whispers.

Introduced To Misty Moo

Back in Campbelltown we visited Sydney Fried Chicken where we had something to eat and Lyssa gave me the present.  Laughing when I took it out, it turned out to be a ‘Moo Cow’.  I thought it was funny because Lyssa and I always ‘Moo’ to each other and Lyssa says to her cat “Misty Moo how are you?”

Thanking Lyssa for the present we continued to talk and also noticed Holly and Willowwalking into Pizza Hut.  Bringing up the conversation about the ticket again, Lyssa was real frustrated.  She once again jumped up and left me in Sydney Fried Chicken.

Arguing Over Train Ticket Scams

Lyssa was set to catch her bus.  So I also ignored her and walked to my bus stop, I wasn’t having anything more to do with the argument.  Lyssa came down to my bus stop and talked to me for a couple of seconds and then walked to her bus stop, making me feel guilty because I was leaving her to wait all by herself for an hour.

After Lyssa turned the corner I followed her, even though I had a rash on my butt.

Things were alright once I caught up.  We walked to the station where she caught her bus almost straight away.

Keeping Cards Close To My Chest

Walking back to the heart of Campbelltown I caught my bus home where I awaited my phone call from Lyssa.

Lyssa and I talked on the phone for half an hour the first time.  Lyssa still doesn’t know the presents I’ve got for her.  Lyssa thinks that I’ve spent my money on my bills.  The truth is I’ve bought her a CD (which she now has), a fluffy puppy dog wrapped with chocolates and a heart that says “I Wuv You”, a photo holder with a photo that she truly loves of me, the same photo in wallet size, and a lingerie set.

Lyssa had to go because she was ready to sleep but she called back half an hour later saying to me “It’s a sign!”  Responding to that, she told me that Celine Dion’s ‘My heart will go on’ was on the radio and it was dedicated from a guy called Tony that has been going out with his girlfriend for around the same time Lyssa and I have.  Lyssa wants that song to be our song, so I told her it could be hers to me.  I still have to find one from me to her.

Discuss Ali With Imad

After that telephone conversation, it was our goodnights.  Then I called Imad to find out if he was working today and some information about when Dina wanted her present.  Imad basically found her out because she kept wanting to know if I’ve called.  She would mention she had to walk to my house for some reason (half obvious).

Imad and I also had an extensive conversation about Ali and Penelope and how he acted that night me and him stopped talking.  Imad also told me that he was basically two-faced like all the other friends I have, but to me Ali isn’t as bad.  That made me angry thinking I was being two-faced towards him, and when it would appear that I was, I would only be making a point.

Ali & Penelope’s Relationship

Imad told me how he was talking to Penelope one day at work.  He gave her the third degree about lying with Ali and how she thinks she’s never lied to him before.

Imad seems to think that later on, Penelope will think she can get away with anything when it comes to cheating on Ali, and because Ali is so wrapped in her, he will take her back without fail all the time.  Imad also talked on the topic how he isn’t persistent enough in getting what he wants (in Imad’s words “a root”), and how Penelope has basically been doing all the first moves.  Imad also mentioned that they are rubbing off onto each other.

Penelope is starting to be more of a liar like Ali is and Ali is starting to stretch the truth and think he’s in a fantasy world when it comes to Penelope.

Imad also mentioned that I’m more quiet as a result of going out with Lyssa, but I blame that on most of my two-faced friends and them being jealous of the fact I have a girlfriend and they don’t.  I used to respect all my friends before they started hanging out with the people I hated (and they hated with me) and started talking behind my back as if I had meant nothing to them.

Imad gave me a sorry story about how I’m his best friend and I shouldn’t dog him by not telling him what’s at my house.  Eventually I told him what the present was.  Then he told me some things about Dina.

After having a shower, Imad is coming over to my house to pick up the gift for Valentine’s Day.  The present is a monkey with boxing gloves on in a cage with real handcuffs.  Imad thought he would be sneaky by coming over in a couple of minutes, taking the present and using the handcuffs with her tonight saying he bought them.  I’m not sure what Dina will think but it’ll take a load off me tomorrow because I won’t have to worry about giving it to her and wrapping it up again.

Planning The Weekend

Tomorrow I have to travel to Villawood for my interview, but from what Imad says I have to worry for myself because they’re all Lebs there and they all want to roll someone for their money.  Like Imad says, in a suit I’ll look wealthy and they’ll like that.

Nevertheless, I will be going to Villawood tomorrow and then visiting the city to meet up with Lyssa.  From there, we will be coming to my house where I hold all of Lyssa’s presents.  When she’s opened all her presents up we will have a real good night.

Saturday is also an extravagant night because of the hotel room we are hiring.  I’m thinking about it now.  It’s going to be great.

On Sunday we will be visiting Tempe or somewhere in the city for a nice quiet day in the sun (hopefully), where we can laze all day.  I won’t be able to write in my diary until late Sunday, so I guess I’ll see me then.
