Planning A Job Search With Lyssa – Mad Chaos: December 5, 1997

Having lunch and realizing that I’m almost finished working at Martinson Engineering, I’ve had time to relish on the fact of what I’m doing this weekend.

Call Lyssa To Plan Weekend

Tonight Lyssa is spending the night at my house.  We were going to a restaurant maybe at Jade Lake in Bradbury.  If that doesn’t happen we’ll just order Chinese from Bradbury shops and have a good time.

Tonight doesn’t hold that much, but maybe a few friends including Imad will come over.

Ali and Penelope got back together last night.  I found out when Lyssa and I talked on the phone.  She had to get up early this morning.  When she got home she slept and didn’t wake up until midday when Penelope came over her house.

Tomorrow is a different story.  After waiting for a television repairman to come see my TV, I’m going to plan the night at Shawn’s and Ralf’s birthday at Hurley Park’s Hall.  Lyssa doesn’t want to go to that, but then again, she might.  That will be Saturday night.

Then when Sunday comes up I won’t have enough money for anything so I’m going to work on my résumé.  I forgot to convert it to Version 6.0 before I left this morning.  Now I can’t take it to the library.

When Monday comes up Lyssa and I are going to the CES together to look for work.  I’ll be sending my résumé by express post (same day delivery) to the prospective employer in Menangle who needs a secretary.

Keeping Up With The Diary

The reason I’m writing all this in the Diary  now at work is because Lyssa will be sleeping over tomorrow and probably on Saturday and Sunday.  Either way, with all my friends, I won’t get enough time to my computer so I can talk to myself.

When my television gets fixed I’m looking into buying a video or two from Fyshwick in Canberra, the kind that make you sweat and the type you can’t buy but from only in Canberra.  It’s not only for my pleasure, but hopefully for Lyssa’s pleasure also.
