The Beautiful Girl From Fairfield – Mad Chaos: May 6, 1997

Getting up for work today, I made my way to the train and made my way to work.

Konquer Insurance Work Day

Work at Konquer Insurance was pretty boring today, same all same all.  But I kept myself busy with my résumés project.

Today I got stressed out because I had to use the phone to follow up an inquiry.  I hated doing it because the result would not be good.  It got done though.

Finding A CD Supplier

At work today I found that a place in North Sydney sells blank CDs with no design on the front.  The cost is $12 plus an extra $2 to write something on the blank surface of the CD.  That in itself is a bargain.

I have to RELY on Imad now to get the job done before the weekend, which is almost impossible given the idiot takes forever to do me a favor.  I don’t want to say anything to him when I see him though.  I just don’t say shit.

The Beautiful Girl From Fairfield

Coming home from work I saw the same girl that I had seen yesterday on the train.  She was on the phone at Ashfield Station.  Then she sat next to me waiting for the train.

Getting onto the train we both waited for each other to get on first.

She kept her hand on the pole pretty long (waiting for me to brisk my hand past) before letting go.

She walked downstairs.

I sat right opposite of her.  That’s basically where I saw her last until she got off the train.

She gets onto the train at Ashfield and she catches the train to Fairfield where everyone is hot.  I’ll see her on Thursday, if it was really meant to be.

Insulating The Home Speakers

Driving home with my dad, Keith came over while I was fixing my home speakers.  I was gluing insulation to the inside of the speaker boxes.

He needed money for his car, so he took me on a driving lesson in his car.  Being the nice guy I am, even though I am low on money and need it for tomorrow, I gave him $5.

Making Preparations

Tomorrow I’m going to North Sydney for my CD.  Then I’m going to see if Imad will help me out for tonight.  That’s all I really have planned for tomorrow since I don’t have to work.

I’ve only got 7 more weeks after this week until I resign my position.  By then I’ll have a good chance at a job that I want.

The Diary Origins

This diary is fun, considering that I started it for bodybuilding purposes and it has escalated.  Back then I couldn’t type that fast, certainly not this fast.  Maybe I could type at 25 words per minute, half the speed I type now.  How things change.

I must have been writing every single day now for at least a year and a half.  Weird.
