Very busy and scheduled was my life today. Lots of things happened.
I talked to Dina this morning at Campbelltown train station. She has a new job as a waitress. She catches my train in the morning.
Konquer Insurance Work Day
Work didn’t start coming in for me today until 11am because Frank was busy studying for his accountancy test.
Delivery To Burwood
My first job was to go on delivery to Burwood.
I had lunch in Burwood too.
I also walked to the Commonwealth Bank to ask if I could have a credit card approved for $500 of purchases. While there I also am getting another key card to replace my old deteriorating key card.
New stuff is always happening to me now because I don’t have time to do it all at once.
With work it seems I’m always busy and happy. I am happy, except coming home on the train where it’s always boring.
Using The Speedy Modem
Frank put me on his fast computer so that I could send some files through the modem. That was the easy bit.
I did some filing.
Then I went back to my own work.
Frank left for Parramatta at 4pm. He told me that he wouldn’t be back until very late today. That means I could go home whenever I wanted. But I decided to stay and finish work on time.
Considering A Mobile Phone Plan
I screened messages on the telephone for some time.
Late in the afternoon I called Keith. I had Optus and Telstra fax documents through to our fax machine so I could connect Keith’s phone to one of their services.
I might connect with Optus. If they don’t connect me, Telstra is always the same prices.
I’m going on a $35 plan, which cuts the costs down to 40 cents a minute.
Phoning Jewell
I wasn’t going to call Jewell today and instead play a game. But I gave in and phoned her up.
She was waiting for me to call.
Basically, we talked about going to see Metro on Saturday.
She is most definitely going because she is inviting Zola already. Lucas is coming with me. I’ve invited Keith to come with us. I think he’ll come.
Imad is uncertain because he won’t have any money, but I’ll ask him.
Hanging Out At Pizza Hut
Coming home today I bumped into Lucas at Pizza Hut.
Renault was there. It was his 9th birthday today.
Lucas dropped me home.
Keith And Tamsen Drop In
Keith came over later that day with Tamsen to see me. He is picking me up tomorrow from Pizza Hut so I can buy his Nokia 1610 mobile phone from him and some other shit.
Customizing Speaker Boxes
Already I’ve put up a 60-stack CD holder in my room. It looks good. It will be better when there are 3 60-stack CD holders screwed into the side of my huge wardrobe just inside the bedroom door.
Tonight I drilled holes into the middle inside of my speaker boxes facing towards the TV. I also drilled holes in the mesh speaker covers. I then screwed nails in the holes for the boxes, and covered them with green plastic dowels.
The covers now hang on the side of the boxes very tight and comfortably, giving my speakers a new dimension of dynamics. It makes it look good and all.
Making Risk Assessment On Gridiron
I’m not playing gridiron tomorrow. I don’t know if I’ll sacrifice money for playing the game. I don’t have that much time and I don’t need an injury.
I’m going to have a shower now, and then go to sleep.
