Getting Johnnie’s Old Waterbed – Mad Chaos: September 13, 1996

I had a shitty sleep last night, going to bed at 12:30am and staying awake for about an hour or more before going to sleep.

I woke up at 5am in the morning.  Then I woke up at 9:30am.  I had a shower, ate, and then went to Case Management where I had my interview.

Case Management Job Interview

The woman Sue who interviewed me actually referred me for a 6-month job at the hospital instead of the course that Bethany wanted me to do, but the pay would not have been much for me to get.

I told her to ring me on Monday and she is going to tell me if it is worthwhile to go for it because when I turn 18, the pay will still be the same.  And the pay won’t even be more than $70 a week, as far as they told me.

I hope Jett tells me if I have a chance for this job soon so I can take some stress off job looking or not.

CES Job Search

After that I went to the CES They got me an interview for Monday.  I could have gone for this one earlier but I thought that the school certificate was the year 12 one, but it turns out it wasn’t. 

I go the interview on Monday and have to go to Kingsgrove at 11:30 am.  It’s on Kingsgrove Road so it shouldn’t be that far away from the station.  I think I will go very good as long as I show I am very eager for this position.

I saw Tatton down there.  He went to the gym.

Keith Test Drives SSS

Then I started walking down and saw Keith and Rory. 

Keith was getting a new car. 

He was looking at a Triple S, one of the earlier versions.  It is supposed to cane better than his Nova.

After that I went to see Tatton, while they took it out for a spin.  Then I went to wait for them and he took me home.

I told Tatton to come over my house after he was finished with his workout and house duties, but he didn’t call, so I guess that ain’t happening.

Hang Out With Imad

Imad came over my house just a bit after I left so I went to ring his mum.  Then I went to Dina’s house.  She was there but Imad wasn’t.  I sat out the front and talked to her for a bit hoping Imad would turn up, and he did.  He went up the street thinking it was the other side of the crescent and didn’t even notice us.  He then turned around and came back.

We went to see if his dad was home for money that he didn’t have, and then he dropped me off.  He came back a bit later after he dropped off Dina, and then we went to Campbelltown in his car.

Letter Still Has Not Arrived

I went to the Post office to check out about the letter.  I probably won’t see it until Monday but then if I don’t, it’s been lost or she hasn’t sent the thing.

Paged Jett

Jett rang me 15 minutes before I came home but I had paged him just a bit after he rang me.  He still hasn’t rang back for my page, so I don’t know what’s happening because I paged him 2 days ago and he didn’t respond.

Johnnie Offering His Waterbed

I went to Johnnie’s house.  He is going down the coast for the week.  He told me that the waterbed is as good as mine, but he has to talk to his dad to see if his dad wants to sell it to me or just give it to me.  Myself, I think he should give it to me but it ain’t my say.

Shopping For Equalizers And Tape Decks

I am going to go to Dad and Daves and Cash Converters to see about equalizers and tape decks and shit that I will need so we can get this taping shit happening.

Right now I’m listening to Crossroads the new shit that they have out that Imad lent to me until tomorrow or so.

Tomorrow should be a busy day for me if Imad or Jett call.

Today, luckily was my rest day, and tomorrow is light day for chest.
