Kathryn should have called Nina today.  I thought that’s how I’d start today’s entry.

Hip Hop Session With Tatton And Jett

Now that I’ve started I can say that I woke up around 10:00 am and ate.  Then around 10:30 am Jett came and then Tatton came a bit later than that.  We got into watching Murder Was The Case the movie by Snoop.

Jett left half-way through it because he had to go to Leumeah for some reason.  He said he was going to come back but I wasn’t expecting it.

So me and Tatton got writing.  At first I had writer’s block.  But I got the smaller radio, and then we went out the back and listened to some Snoop while we both came up with some good shit and made another rap.

Jett rang us up while we were practicing and he was at Caitlin’s, so obviously he wasn’t coming down.

Tatton left a bit after that.  He said he was going to do some practice rapping tonight with the newly-copied disk.

Disappointing Job Hunt

Other than that, today was a bit of a boring day.  I didn’t have much to do and I didn’t want to write some more lyrics, but I’m thinking of writing some slow rap shit that you can just sit back to and smoke a fat joint… shit like that.

This Jobby-Job thing is getting more anticipated by me, and I want one bad.  I want one bad but I’m not a person to go begging for a job.  When I go to look for a job – whatever it is – I’m cool and I listen to the employer and give him some clues that I want the job, but I never get it.

Aspiring To Be A Hip Hop Artist

I checked out some Recording Studios in the Color Pages and found one called Dat Studio in Crows Nest.  I know that it is for rap and I’m fucking happy now because shit could come true for me.

I don’t want to be a big rapper but I do have what it takes. 

Right now all I want to do is just get some of this shit done on tape for myself.  If they see some talent, then of course I’m going to go for something, but I don’t know how far I’m going to get.

I always wanted to get into the field of music somehow, and I always thought that it would be on the piano, and it still might.

I’m going to go see the studio this Thursday or Friday, but I’m going to call them and see what’s up.  They gotta have some good shit if they do deal specifically in rap mixing and shit.

Now I’m going to come up with some raps.

Planning Ahead

I’m going to get up early tomorrow to go to the gym.  It’s a heavy day on legs.  Also I’m going shopping and I want to go to the CES.
