Missed Job Interview

Today I got up at 10:00 am.  I wanted to go to the interview, but I rang Keith’s mobile and it was off, so I couldn’t be bothered going.  I might get a laboring gob around here for a while until I can get back on my feet.

I got my bicycle tire and paid my medical bill today.  I also got an undercut with a plait in the back, and it looks sick.

I made up a new routine.  This is my new Routine.

That’s my new 3 week program.  If it goes good it might go for longer, but if it isn’t that good then I won’t go for that long.

I’m going to do new movements for all my body-parts, I will go heavy, and I am going to grow in weight.

Gym Routine

exercise

I did a workout today around 3:00 pm for my legs.

Here’s what I accomplished today.

Warm-up:I got on the bike and done 4 minutes and 40 calories.  That’s ten calories per minute.

I done lots of stretching for the Quads, more for the hams and a bit for the Calves.

Hamstrings:I started freshly today with the hamstrings after doing a set of Leg extensions with 50 pounds for 15 reps.

I started with 3 sets of Standing Leg curls and doing 12 reps with 10 pounds.  I then raised the weight to 20 pounds and done 12 more reps.  I thought it worthy to raise the weight to 30 pounds and do one more set of 12 reps.

My next 3 sets were on the Lying Leg Curls.  I started with 50 pounds and done 12 reps.  I then done lots of stretches and continued with 70 pounds for 10 reps.  I then dropped weight to 60 pounds and done 12 more reps.

My last 3 sets were on Seated Leg Curls.  I started with 100 pound and done 15 reps.  I raised the weight to 120 pounds and done 15 more reps.  I stretched and done once again 15 more reps with 160 pounds.

Quadriceps:I started differently for my Quads too.  I done 2 more sets on Leg extensions being 80 pounds for 15 reps and 110 pounds also for 15 reps.

I then tried a new exercise I called Sissy Squats where you are held in by the legs and you squat down and up.  I done 2 sets of 15 reps with no weight and then 1 more set of 15 reps with 10 pounds.

I then went to leg press and started with 160 pounds for 10 reps. I was fucked with the legs by now but I tried 250 pounds and got 6 reps before quitting.

I then done 4 sets of Machine Vertical Leg Presses and started with 150 pounds for 20 reps.  I then put it up to 200 pounds and for this set varied my leg spaces and done 20 reps.  My last 2 sets were with 230 pounds and I moved my legs in and out doing 20 reps each set.

Abdominals:I done 3 sets of Machine Crunches all being 20 reps and starting with 150 pounds and, of the last two sets doing 200 pounds.

I done 2 sets of Crunches doing 20 reps and one set of side Crunches with Cables doing 12 reps with 35 pounds.

Warmdown:I done the usual 10 calories in 2 minutes.

I am writing this diary entry first on paper because the fuse is out on the house and power is not working.

Planning Ahead

I am waiting for Keith to pick me up.  Then we are going to Wollongong until midnight.  I am going to try to get Aubree.
