A Loss of Momentum

May does not look all that interesting to me at this moment.  I have no job, no payroll, I’m not going out as much, I’m not going to the gym, I’m not having much luck with women (although I might get in with Natasha), and other stuff that has drained me.

Things I Need

  • Job
  • Payroll
  • Socials
  • Gym
  • Females

I heard Natasha (the one that Rory was seeing), was giving him head on the night we went to the blowhole in Sydney.    I want me some of that and I’m going to get it.

A Rain Day Indoors

Nothing much happened today so this might be a short entry.   Today I got up at 11:30 am and I played piano for a while.

Then I got onto the Amiga 500 computer and played The Settlers for 5 hours.

It was a rainy day and I couldn’t be bothered going anywhere today, although I was going to go to Campbelltown CES to look for some Jobs.

Bowel Movements

Today my bowels are moving in overdrive.   All I ate today was a steak, potatoes, pasta with cauliflower and peas, and 2 liters of cordial.

I’ve been pissing all day.

If I put it all in buckets I would fill up 4 liters of buckets.

High Protein High Fat Diets

I heard on the news today that all the actresses and actors are on special diets. What struck me was that one of them was on a High Protein, High Fat, No carbohydrate Diet.  Now that doesn’t sound that bad because I once heard that in ancient days people who lived along the ocean used to survive on fish only.   Now we all know that fish are very good to eat, and almost every fish in the book has only protein and fat in them.  I have only heard of cod fish having carbohydrates in them.

Now fish are low in fat and have lots of good oils and fats in them.   If they could survive on it maybe I could. But I would have to suit it to my needs, and I would definitely have to have some sort of carbohydrates in my system.

It is very hard to eat in a day without having some source of carbohydrates.  Drinking water even has carbohydrates in it.

Protein – or more recognised as amino acids – is the building block of life.

Protein helps build everything in the body, which includes muscle, skin, eyes, hair, nails and a lot of other parts of the body.   The only thing I don’t think it builds up is the bones of the body and that is done by calcium.

Now the body needs protein more than the body needs fat and carbohydrates because protein can be turned into fuel for the body or it can be turned to fat if there is an excess of it in the body.

High Protein Meal Plans

I am just reading up on calcium. I might be going through my Muscle and Fitness books for some Nutrition tips before I start my Protein, Fat Diet tomorrow.

If you have a high protein, high fat, low to no carbohydrates then, you will be forcing your body to burn fat instead of carbohydrates, because you have drained yourself of carbohydrates.   But you might still have carbohydrates left from the night before if you ingested a lot of carbohydrates.

Now high fat intake might be just so you have the satisfaction of feeling full where, you can eat ample amounts of carbohydrates and not feel full sometimes.

I might try this for tomorrow and just eat meat, eggs, yogurt (for calcium), Vitamin C, multivitamins, fish, mushrooms and lots of water or Cordial.

I will check my heart rate as soon as I wake up (if I don’t forget), and then I will try this diet as an experiment.   If it does not work for my body I will discard it, but seeming I am not going to the gym to fully test it out.

Night Routine

Today was a pretty high carbohydrate day, so it might rub off for tomorrow.   I might have to ride on the bike tomorrow for 2-3 sessions of 30 minutes, maybe to the CES and back a couple of times.

I didn’t think that I’d write much here but it turns out that I’ve written about a page and a half in my diary so far.
