Heart Rate: 70 Beats

I just had my last meal.  Now I am going to put on some moisturizing lotion, then brush my teeth, read some muscle magazines, and then get some sleep for tomorrow’s day.

I added a bit more protein to my day’s food intake, so I should be all right until tomorrow.

Speaking of that, I have to conduct tomorrow’s eating plan too.  Great!
