Having been unemployed for over two weeks now I believe, it hasn’t been fun not having money. But I have been having fun almost every free day I’ve had. Also, I have missed the full days of work and waiting for the weekend to come with money in my hand.
Giving Lyssa A Back Rub
Waking up today earlier than usual, I waited for Lyssa to come over because that was the first point of contact of the day.
Coming over by herself, we didn’t pick what I was to wear tomorrow because she was stressed from school and having a bad examination. Feeling sympathetic, I gave her a back rub the way I know how. We discussed what we were doing for the weekend.
Lyssa’s mum picked her up at 6pm after she got home from work.
Becoming Jett’s Public Phone
Jett came to my house soon after that. As soon as Jett came to my house I knew straight away what he was here for.
“Tony” he yelled, “I’m using your phone,” and dropped some money my way.
An hour of conversation later, Imad and Ali came over.
Jett left after talking to Tamsen about Min-Su.
Imad Gets Onto Rena’s Sister
Me and the boys had a big discussion about women, since Imad told us that he got onto Rena’s sister in the bath and everywhere else. He growled her out, and she done some for him.
Imad made it as if he was better than us for having his chosen sex life of more than one partner. Imad might have it better now, or so he thinks to his standard that “more is better”.
Imad will understand that one day he will have some debilitating disease and I’ll be pushing him around in his wheelchair because he didn’t use protection or growled too many girls out getting infected with things like AIDS.
Listening to him brag, he then placed disbelief in my relationship. No one is really that mature in our group, but I know that of all the people, Imad is the most immature when it comes to reality. He never wants to listen and because of that, he won’t get far in life.
Velda, Lyssa & Penelope Show Up
Imad and Ali were about to go home when Penelope and Lyssa turned up to my house with Velda, so they stayed. They stayed and talked for half an hour but they had to leave.
The rest of the night I was getting ready for tomorrow’s busy day.
Tonight I have to ring Keith after midnight so he can read to me the Trading Post.
Planning Interview In Sydney Tomorrow
Waking up tomorrow at 8am I’m going to be in Campbelltown at 9:30am. Buying the Trading Post I’m going to start looking for cars. Then I will meet Penelope somewhere from Campbelltown to the City, depending on what time she wakes up.
After my interview at 1pm, I’m going to hook up with her again. We’ll catch the train home together.
Lyssa has one more test on tomorrow and then two more early next week and that’s it for a while.
The Pros And Cons Of Car Ownership
If I do purchase a car then it will be hell to keep it on the road for petrol costs and no insurance. It’ll be lucky if I don’t hit anyone and not get away with it. This is a big step, one that I’m going ahead with.
