Throw Soap At Noisy Cats
Last night I got to bed at 3:00 a.m. in the morning and for about half an hour I had to listen to two cats singing at the front of my window. At first I thought it was funny but it quickly grew frustrating and I went outside from the back and threw a bar of soap at them and had a good sleep.
Pick Tatton Up
I woke up at 12:00 pm today. Tatton called me about then. We talked about going to the gym today. I went over there before 1:00 pm.
I didn’t go to the gym mainly because of staleness, but also that my body hurt already for the body-parts I was going to train, and I thought an extra day of preparation would be good.
Bodishop With Tatton
We went to Bodishop. I helped Tatton train. Then we went up and done some boxing. I had a bout with him and we went pretty good. I went good with the high bag that you have to punch periodically.
I’m just going to finish this weights program and have a bit of a rest before I start on Monday.
Right now I feel like I’m almost over the stale period. With some new exercises mainly for my chest, I’ll be out of it by Monday. I guess you can have too much free weight and heavy weight for too long.
I guess I tried to do too much and put too much pressure on my body. It did respond though. My arms and body have grown out of it.
I weigh a good weight now and with that protein supplement I’ll be going good.
I had a good day today actually, and even though I didn’t have a workout, my body looked pretty good and getting better.

After that we went to see Bình. Then we went to Tatton’s house. He ate a bit.

Then we went to my house to watch “House Guest”. He left before it was finished and I had to return it on my bike to Airds when it was pitch dark and cold (fun).

Planning Ahead
I think I’ll go to see Jett tomorrow also or page him so I can get my shit back.
Tomorrow I have to hand in my form so I am going to try to get to sleep a bit earlier tonight.
