Our Rap Group Without A Name – Mad Chaos: August 31, 1996

Today is once again the first day of the month.  I just realized that this month was the longest one in a while.

The day started at about 10:30 am.  Then I just had something to eat and listened to music all day.

Sherry Plays Me

Sherry called me today and she is only playing with me.  It doesn’t sound like I could get any thing from her.

Wrote Rap Lyrics

I wrote some more good rhymes today.  I can’t wait till tomorrow when our group without a name comes together at my Crib.

Gym Routine

I didn’t do much today except for going to the gym.  I went to the gym and I trained my legs.

Now it is time to write my workout for today.  It was alright and I didn’t use Leg Press as a Power Movement and rather as a warmup so I don’t go stale sooner.

Warmup:I biked for 2 minutes and lost 15 calories.  I then stretched my Quads, Hams and also my Calves.
Quadriceps:I started with two warm-up sets on Leg Press with 80 pounds and done 15 reps.  I then stayed on that weight and done another 15 reps.

 

I moved onto Hack Squats and started on 80 pounds and done 15 reps all the way down.  I then put the weight up to 120 pounds and done 12 more reps.  I put it up once more and at 140 pounds I done 12 more slow hard reps.

I then went to Horizontal Leg Press and done 20 reps with 200 pounds.  I then put it up to 220 pounds and at the bottom of every rep I held it there for 2 seconds to feel a good contraction and then brought the weight up a bit faster doing 15 reps.  I stayed on this weight and done the same reps and same weight with the same style.

Hamstrings:I started with Seated Leg Curls and with 90 pounds done 15 reps.  Then I put the weight up to 120 pounds and done myself another 12 reps.  I stayed on this weight and on this set I held it at the contraction position at the peak of the movement for 2 seconds doing 12 reps.

 

I then went on Bent Lying Leg Curls and put it up to 80 pounds and done 15 reps.  I then put it up to 100 pounds and done 12 more reps.  I put it up once again to 120 pounds and done 12 more reps.

Calves:I started with Donkey Calve Raises and done 15 reps with 120 pounds.  I then went up to 140 pounds and done myself 15 more reps.  I then went up once again and done 15 reps with 160 pounds.

 

I changed to Standing Calve Raises and started on 120 pounds doing 15 reps.  I then put the weight up to 140 pounds doing 15 more reps.  I put the weight up for my last set up to 160 pounds and done 15 more reps.

I hate writing that shit out after a workout because I make lots of mistakes when I am typing and it hurts my hands and it is hard to think after a workout.

Right now I am listening to “Jump Jump” from the CD that Imad gave me that used to be Lake’s CD.

Rap Group Teething Problems

This month I can’t tell what is going to happen but I have a feeling that this rap group that I have assembled is going to take off a bit.  By the end of the month we are going to be pretty good.  I can predict me and Jett still being in it but Tatton – or shall I say Tangaray – might be a bum and fuck us up with his “I can spend my money on whatever I want” crap.  Well that’s correct but, If you don’t at least try to help the group Tatton then the group will despise you.

And Tatton, also this is all you have going for yourself at the moment.  You don’t have any other life rather than this one.  Just sit back and relax and help when it is needed and you’ll be fine.  Or you can go back to being a bum and sleeping in until 12:00 pm and watching Sitcoms all day and night.

Now that I’ve said my piece I feel better.

Slim Job Prospects

Job-wise, I can’t see me getting a career but if I go to Adia Centacom like Imad did, then I might have a casual chance of being a Laborer.  That’s alright with me as I won’t be doing the same thing all the time and the pay is pretty high.

Today is going to be boring and I might do some more raps later.

The only reason today has been a blow is that it is a very windy day and you can’t do much on a windy day.  Today is the kind of day where I’d rather be out with Keith or someone with a car.
