Planning Trip To See Lake’s Gravesite
Nina’s dad’s birthday is on the 22nd of September. Then on the 29th I think it is Lake Curtis’s birthday of this month. So two birthdays in the same month, and one is more special than the other.
I am going to save $5 for petrol money so we can give it to Imad to take us down there if he wants. He’s a sick cunt and he’ll take us down there because he himself will want to go down and pay his respects.
I think we’ll get at least 3 cars-full to go down there, because I am going to make it a big thing. I want all of the people in our group who knew him to go out and just pay our respects to him.
A Hopeless Job Interview
I got up at around 9:00 am. I thought that I had to get to the interview at 11:30 am but it was actually 11:00 am. I left at 10:15 am and I knew I was going to be late. It took me 40 minutes just to walk to the fucken station.
I then rang up and said I was going to be late. I was 50 minutes late.
I then got sat down to write about 4 pages of shit and then I finally got interviewed. It didn’t take long for her to give me a message that it was a waste of time for me going to that interview.
I came back and I called Tatton and he came down to meet me.
I then went to talk to Bình for a while. Rina came in. I told Bình that she was Nina’s mum because he didn’t know. I then left.
Tatton Hangs Out
I met Tatton just a bit up from Mawson Park. We saw Rory coming up that way and we got in the car so we could save walking. We actually went for a drive to get his mobile and then we got dropped off at Tatton’s house.
We also signed on the microphone mixer.
Tatton and me just fucked around a bit. We changed some of the raps and practiced. Then we made an introduction for Induced Lunacy.
He left around news time.
|Warmup:||I warmed up on the bike and done 20 calories in 3 minutes. I then warmed up the Quads, hamstrings and Calves a bit. I didn’t warm them up too much because I didn’t think I would have a good workout.|
|Quadriceps:||I started on the usual warm-up of Leg Extensions with 60 pounds on it and done 15 reps. I then rested a bit and done another 15 reps with the same weight.
Zubin was taking Photos of the Gym today and wherever it goes, I’m going to be in it doing Hack Squats and other shit.
I got onto Leg Press after my warm-up and I haven’t done this for about 2 workouts and started on 160 pounds as a warm-up. This guy was actually doing about 800 pounds on this and it didn’t really worry me a bit. I done 12 reps with that and then put on 320 pounds and managed 6 reps with lots of strain then I put it down. I rested for 15 seconds and then done 2 more reps. I rested again and done 2 more reps and again rested to do 3 more reps. I then put the weight down to 280 pounds and it was fairly easy to do this for 8 reps.
I then got onto Hack Squats and I started on 160 pounds to do 8 reps. I went fairly low and then rested a bit. This is actually when they were taking photos. I done my next set with the same weight for 8 reps. I was going to do something else but the limelight pulled me to stay and do another set for 8 reps with the same weight.
|Hamstrings:||For this I started on Standing Leg Curls for a warm-up and done 15 reps with 10 pounds.
I then got onto Bent Lying Leg Curls and put it up to 150 pounds to do 8 reps. I adjusted the leg bit to suit me and then I went again and done another 8 reps and they were pretty hard.
I then jumped onto Seated Leg Curls and done 15 reps with 140 pounds. I put it up to 180 pounds and done 8 more reps with fairly good stress on the Hamstrings.
I was going to do Straight Leg Deadlift but I could not be bothered cause I was fucked up so I done one more set with 180 pounds for 8 reps.
|Calves:||I was really fucked by now of the force I put out for the Legs so far and started on 120 pounds on Donkey Calve Raises. I then went up to 240 pounds and got out 12 very good reps. I once again put it up to 260 pounds and done 12 more reps.
This is where Hack Squats on an angle was mounted to do 5 very limited reps but very effective with 200 pounds.
This wasn’t that good so Standing Calve Raises was it and I done 12 reps with 160 pounds. I was very tired and the weight went down to 100 pounds and 12 reps was my last set of the day.
After that I came home, ate, listened to some music, and watched TV. I will be drained.
I weighed 72.3 kilos after my workout today. I am hoping to weigh a bit more after tomorrow but I don’t know how my body weight will work out.
I am going to go see Johnnie on Wednesday to see about that waterbed because I do want it.
Kathryn’s Letter Still Missing
I’m still pissed off about this letter not being received yet and I want it badly now. I also want to know what Kathryn and Nina had to say to each other on Sunday.
It is time to go do some work and it looks as if I am going to get an early night tonight.
