Diary Of A Mad Chaos

It has been a whole day since I have written.

Before I tell you about today’s workout let me tell you what happened between now and my last entry.

Imad Visits

My last entry was cut short because Imad came over while I was writing it and I had to save it where it was.  Imad came over for a while and we watched Snoop’s movie.  He left a short while after that.

Then I was alone, for a while.

See A Celica

Also I went to see a Celica yesterday.  It was worth $13,999.  It was an 87 Model Celica, 16 Valve, Twin Cam, Fuel Injected, with Power steering/Windows and lots more.

Gym Routine

exerciseI went to the gym because I didn’t write anything in the Diary, so here is yesterday’s weight’s program.

Warmup: Yesterday I warmed up doing 5 minutes and 50 calories and then I kind of warmed up the Back area with back stretching.
Lattisimus: I started with Wide grip Lat Pulldowns and with 30 pounds I done 40 slow continuous reps.  I then put the weight up to 80 pounds and done 8 reps.  I put the weight down to 70 pounds and done another 8 reps.

I moved onto T bar Rows.  I commenced with 60 pounds and done 10 straight reps.  I put the weight up to 90 pounds and pounded out 8 reps.  I then lowered the weight to 80 pounds and done 10 more reps.

I then tried out Close Grip Lat Pulldowns but only done one set of 10 reps with 80 pounds or so because it didn’t feel right.

I then went to do 3 sets of Lat (Dip) Pushdowns and started on 140 pounds doing 10 reps.  I then put the weight up to 170 pounds and done 10 more reps.  My last set here was with 200 pounds and I done 8 gut quenching reps more.

I had 2 more sets to do and I chose to do One Arm Dumbbell Rows.  I started with 55 pounds and done 10 reps each arm with no sweat.  I remember when I was spotting Tim at his Gym he lifted 90 pounds on this exercise so I decided today I would try the 70 pounders and I done 10 reps.

Biceps: I started with a set of Standing Cable Curls.  I started with a warmup weight of 40 pounds and done 12 reps.  I then put the weight up to 70 pounds and found I could not do 1 rep so I put the weight down to 60 pounds and done 7 reps.

I then went over and done 2 sets of Seated Dumbbell Curls.  I started on 30 pound Dumbbells and done 10 reps with blood pumping ferociously.

Then I stopped and my next set was with the same weight but this time when I got to 10 I was all tired but I didn’t care, I used breathing right to get me through 2 more cheat reps.

I then went to the Cable Preacher Curls and started on 30 pounds and done 10 reps.  My arms were massive by now and with that in mind I done another 8 reps with 30 pounds.

Forearm: I thought, since my Forearms were already pumped, why not pump it a bit more.  I done 2 sets of Wrist curls with 40 pounds on a fixed bar and my first set was with 12 reps.

I could not move my forearms for a while because they were so full of blood but I done one more set of 10 reps with the same weight.

Warm-down: Was 2 minutes and burning 10 calories.

Fishing At Windang

Well after I went to Gym last night it started to rain and I didn’t think that we were going fishing but, come 8:00 pm. Bình came to my house and I was ready to go.  Bình had the Commodore and a color TV in the car so we could watch.

We went to pick up Tatton and he brought with him everything under the sun that you would possibly not need to take but took anyway.

Tatton Catches One Bait Fish

We got there around 11:00 pm. and at Windang didn’t catch much but one fish, which we used for bait.  It was sad actually because Tatton caught it and he couldn’t get the hook out, so he spent maybe 30 minutes trying to cut his head off so he could get out the hook.  It was pretty sad actually, but after a while of fun we called it quits and headed home.

I had a great feed that night because we had Kentucky Fried Chicken and lots of other food with it.  It fed me after I went to the Gym.

Speaking of that I have to give my dad some money back so I’ll be a second.

Visit Ned’s House

When we came back we went to Ned’s house to see what was going on.  I learn that they all went to Ned’s house.  Brodie got pissed bad and hit a gutter while driving on Lindsay street.  Then Ned took over driving with hardly any breaks.

I went home with Bình after that.

I went to sleep almost straight away.

Bình Offers Gifts To My Family

Bình the man came over with stuff from the shop as a sign of friendship to my mum and dad and me.  It was good shit too because I dug into it as soon as I came home.

Wake Up To Olympics

When I woke up today I tuned into the Olympic games Ceremony.  The Olympics just started today.

Shaved My Legs

After a while I decided to do my legs and shave them.  At the start I was shaving them in my room but that got messy so I went in the bath and done it.  It took around an hour to do but I am pleased once again that I have done them.

My shaved legs look sick and feel sick.

Brodie Invites Me To House Party

After all that Brodie rang me up and told me there was a party tonight at his house so I will probably be going to that.

I have to clean my room first and then put lotion on my legs so they don’t stay dry and then some other shit and I’ll be ready.  The mirror in the bath downstairs is fixed so now I can do all my shit down there.

This house is getting fixed up bit by bit.

Call Sherry

Sherry just rang me up at the start of this.  We talked about shaving legs and how I shaved mine today.  We are talking about me being on the computer and Candice making up herself being a legal secretary.  It’s confusing talking to someone on the phone and typing at the same time.  I might be seeing her if she rings me later tonight.

Gym Routine

exerciseNow it is time to write about today’s Gym.

Warmup: I done 5 minutes and burned 50 calories.  I done multiple stretching for the legs but not the usual integrity for it.
Quadriceps: I done something different today, I didn’t do any Leg Extension work for my Quads.  I started also On Sissy Squats with no weight at first doing 15 reps.  I then put the weight up to 20 pounds on my Chest and I conjured up 12 reps.  I then paused and repeated that with the same weight and reps.  I then Jumped onto Seated Machine Leg Press and started on 200 pounds doing 20 reps with Legs straight.  I then put the weight up to 240 pounds and done 20 more reps but with feet slightly inwards.  I then kept the same weight but this time put my feet way up on the plate and done 30 more reps in this fashion and my legs Calves and Gluteal regions were aching.  I felt really loose when I went to start Leg Presses so I put the weight on 160 pounds to start and done 10 easy reps.  I then put the weight up to 280 pounds and done 8 reps before quitting.  I lowered the weight to a comfortable 240 pounds and done 11 very hard reps.  I was flushed by the end of this exercise.  I then went to do 2 more sets on Hack Squats.  I loaded it with 80 pounds and done 10 easy reps.  I then put the weight up to 160 pounds and had trouble just finishing 10 reps, also not going down all the way on my reps.
Calves: I decided to give this Priority today.  I started on Seated Calve raises and with 40 pounds done 15 reps.  After some stretching and then a bit of waiting I stacked on 80 pounds and just done 15 more reps.  I had trouble so I got crazy and put on 10 more pounds and made it 90 pounds.  I done 15 more very hard reps with this weight and I was so tired at the end I was doing half reps just to complete the set.  I then jumped onto Standing Calve Raises and done 15 reps with 180 pounds.  I felt bad doing this because after 10 reps I couldn’t Straighten my legs out so I had to do small fast half reps.  I put the weight up to 220 pounds and done 15 more reps.  I then put the weight down to 200 pounds and finished off doing 15 reps.
Hamstrings: I started with a warmup on Lying Leg Curls and with 40 pounds done 12 reps.  I then jumped on the Seated Leg Curls and done 15 reps with 130 pounds.  I then put the weight up to 150 pounds and done 15 more reps.  Some good music came on and for my last set I done 160 pounds for about 20 reps.  I sped up at the last 10 or so reps and was fucked after them.
Warm-down: The norm for this was 2 minutes and 10 calories.


Well there you go.  It is now 6:06 pm.  I have to eat the rest of my food.  Then I will clean up my room, and also put on the cream.  An hour will have passed when that is done.

Feeling Anabolic

Right now I have a full body ache.  I weigh around 72 Kilos.

I feel Anabolic right now and I have gotten through my unrewarding phase.  For about a week now I was drained of energy and didn’t feel like putting effort into my training.  But now, after today’s workout things changed and I feel Anabolic and good.

My food intake today was pretty good and I will grow a bit tomorrow.

My new training routine comes at the start of next week on Monday.
