Too Depressed To Attend Job Interview

Today I was depressed again and it showed.  I was alright in the morning.  I got woken up by the radio.  Then I quickly turned it off.  I was really thinking about going to the job interview at Marrickvile but instead went back to sleep.

I then thought about it a lot more and finally, after 10 minutes of thinking got up, put on the suit and called up the station.  I rang to see what train I could catch and if I could make it.  I found out that it would take me at least 50 minutes to get to Marrickville if I did get the job, and it would be too far and too early in the morning to be doing that.

I decided to go back to sleep then.

Domestic Arguments

I was woken up later that day by my brother having an argument with mum.  It lasted an hour.  Then a guy came to see the power in our house and mom talked to him for another hour.  All this time I was trying to sleep.  I finally got up and contributed to the fighting.

Mum really needs to get some help because she is full of shit all the time.

Campbelltown Buy Bike Accessories

I went down to Campbelltown and got my money out.  I was going to do the usual and pay off the fine for riding without a helmet, but the cop shop said I can’t pay it there and I have to go to Parramatta.  I said, “fuck that” and went and bought 2 tubes and a sport timer for my bike.

The sports timer has 7 functions and it cost me $60.  I also bought that little part that fits onto the end of my types of tubing so it can pump the tire.

All I had left was $30 for the gym and I got 2 weeks membership (1 week in advanced).  The rest is for a driving lesson tomorrow at 10:45 am.

Meet Celeste And Girls

I met Celeste down Campbelltown and she had Janice (who actually hailed me down), and Tarina with her best friend.  They left before I got back so I had to walk back home.

I went and saw Bình today.

I also went up to the C.E.S with Astor because he had to look for a job quickly.  I would not mind doing laboring again as long as I get paid good money.

After I did all that I was at home.

Gym Routine

exerciseI went to the gym.  I didn’t feel that much into it but it was a productive workout.

Warmup: I went on the bike and done 50 calories for 5 minutes.  I done stretching for the Lattisimus Dorsi.  I varied stretches.
Lattisimus: I started on the Wide Grip Lat Pulldown Machine and started with a warmup weight of 50 pounds.  I done 15 full reps with that taking it slow.  I then upped it to 80 pounds and done 10 more reps and my finger was starting to hurt under the pressure.  I never liked doing this exercise after I broke my finger.  My last set was with 80 pounds again and this time I completed 8 reps with a bit of cheating.

I then moved onto One arm Dumbbell Rows and started with 35 pounds.  I jumped in and done 10 reps each side.  Then I put the weight up to 55 pounds and done 10 more reps each.  I was bringing the weight to my leg and pulling my Scapula upward as to also contract my upper back and Trapezius.  My last set was with 60 pounds and it was done 10 times.

My next 2 sets were on Machine Lat Pullbacks.  I started on 100 pounds and done 10 reps.  I put the weight up to 130 pounds and could barely manage to do 10 reps.  I went and done 2 sets on T-bar rows and started on 80 pounds and done 10 reps and felt the feel.  I put the weight up to 90 pounds and just done another 10 reps with cheating.

My last 2 sets were on Seated Cable Rows and started on 80 pounds and done 10 reps.  My last set was a whopper starting at 90 pounds.  I done 9 reps, then I stopped for 10 seconds and done another 3 reps.  I done this 4 times and then went up to 100 pounds and just done 3 more reps.

I was sweating badly and all up I done 26-28 reps.  I then dropped weight to 50 pounds after 10 seconds rest and done 12 more reps.  Excruciating.

This wasn’t that long but it was excruciating.  I started with E-Z Curl barbell Curls and with 40 pounds lifted it 10 times.  I then upped weight to 60 pounds and done 5 more reps.  I got someone to spot me for my last set with the same weight and done maybe 3-4 by myself and he assisted me for 7 reps.

I then done one set of Seated Alternate Dumbbell Curls.  I started with 30 pounders and done 10 reps.  I then put the weight down and picked it up and done 3 more reps.

My Biceps believe it or not were killing me.

Warm-down: My warm-down consisted the bike doing 2 minutes and 10 calories.

Post Workout

Not much of my body parts hurt now but I guarantee that they will hurt in the morning.  I know that my back will hurt, and I am hoping that my biceps will also ache.

I still weigh 70 Kilos but it will be over as soon as we get the food coming in on Monday.

Tomorrow I have intellectual plans for the day and party plans for the night, and my brother is doing weekend detention in jail.

Tomorrow’s  Agenda

10:00 a.m. Eat Food.
10:45 a.m. go on Driving lesson.
12:30 p.m. Eat Food.
1:00 p.m. Gym and work Chest, Shoulders and Abs.
2:30 p.m. Eat Food.
3:00 p.m. Go on a 20-40 Km/h bike ride and take straights.
5:00 p.m. Eat Food.
6:00 p.m. Read Anatomy books.
7:00 p.m. Get ready to go out to rave or party.

That’s my Agenda for tomorrow and for the Chest.  I am going to try to do some inner work for my Chest and then Develop the Decline portion a bit more.

I was thinking of doing this setup for my Chest today.

Pectoralis Major Close Grip Benchpress (3×10)
Peck Deck (3×10)
Decline Dumbbell Press (3×10)
Dumbbell Incline Press (3×10)
Deltoids Smith Machine Press (4×10)
Dumbbell Lateral Raises (2×10)
Dumbbell Front Raises (2×10)
Abdominals Crunches (4×25)
Low Ab Crunches (2×10)
Cable Side Crunches (3×10)

That should suffice if I keep the weight high for the chest and medium for the deltoids and, do heavy crunches and leisurely other Ab exercises.

Now I am going to get a drink and something to eat and then I am probably sleeping.
