I got 9 hours of sleep last night going to sleep at 3:30 a.m. and getting up at 12:00 p.m. but, I guess that’s an improvement.
Tonight I’m setting my heart on getting to sleep at about 2:00 a.m.
Heart Rate: 62 Beats
Right now I am mellow and this seems like a bit high a reading on my pulse and I think it should be around 50 beats maybe.
I’ve just been reading up on Vitamin B6 and its help to the body and training. It serves as a metabolizer and helps proteins. It is very important to the immune system, and aids in the production of antibodies and red blood cells. It also releases a sugar stored in the liver into the Bloodstream.
The Solarium Swindle
I was thinking that if I went to the solarium 3 times a week and paid $9 for half an hour then I would be saving on the conventional 1 hour for 2 times a week. Or I could go for 45 minutes twice a week and that’ll add up to about $60, but I’m thinking of going 3 times a week and sneaking an extra 5 minutes on my tan every time by resetting the time counter 5 minutes before it stops. Now six sessions of $9 each will cost me all up $54 and the four 45 minute sessions will cost me a bit less or about the same, maybe a dollar less or something.
The Budget Plan
Also on top of that I have to pay for gym at $30 starting on Monday so that takes me to about $86, and then I have to pay for either one-hour session at the PC learning center or two lessons each being $25 each. If I take two lessons which I most probably will then it’ll take me up to $136, with four dollars to spare on other shit.
So that’s a pretty tight budget for this fortnight and probably the same for the next fortnight, unless I get a job between now and then. That’s when I can start to get supplements and amino acids and my own Shopping.
My tan is showing a bit more now and is looking better. My legs are aching today from standing up on them all day and riding the bike.
