Diary Of A Mad Chaos

I set the alarm but it didn’t wake me up until 10:30 am. I slept in a bit after that.

Today started at 11:00 am as usual.  I got up and had a set breakfast.

Bike Ride To Liverpool

Then I went on my bike ride to Liverpool starting at 1:10 pm.  I still had food in my stomach digesting so I could not give it all I had until it was digested.  I also didn’t take my water bottle because I forgot to get it when I was filling it up.

It took me about two hours to go there and back.  I wasn’t really trying on the way there but on the way back I pedaled twice as fast.

Meal Plan

When I got back, I had a set lunch (that I am going to write in a second).  I am following a Dietary plan today and also taking vitamins and my minerals.

Exercise Plan

I just did some more stretches for my legs and I am yet to do some abdominal crunches and biceps curls.

I am now listening to the Radio and 3T is playing.

Planning Ahead

Tonight I am going out to Rory’s party, which starts at 9:30 pm.  I don’t know if it will be shit or not and I don’t even think that Imad is going.

I know that Keith is going to be late to it because he went to watch basketball in Sydney.

I don’t even know if I am going to get onto anyone tonight but I hope I do for my sake.

I still don’t know if Meuriel is going to go to Noah’s party.

I feel like playing the piano so that’s what I am going to do now.  Here’s my Diet Plan.

Meal One: Pancakes + Maple syrup, Fruit loops, Orange Juice, Vitamin C, Multivitamin.
Meal Two: 600g Chicken, Vegetable mix (400g), 400g Potatoes, Orange Juice, Calcium Tablet, Vitamin C.
Meal Three: 2 Egg Sandwiches, Milkshake.
Meal Four: Spaghetti, 2 boiled eggs, Orange Juice, Vitamin C, Multi-Vitamin.

Carbohydrates: 567.3  grams 58.5 % of Calories
Fat: 62.9 grams 14.6 % of Calories,
Protein: 258.9 grams 26.8% of calories.
